The customer service SUCKS! I called, but no one answered. The computer voice is pretty damn useless. I just wanted to confirm a payment, but I could not speak to an actual human. VERY ANNOYING.

Very disappointed with the customer service I have received. Also they don't seem to have any regard for myself personally as a valued member. It may be about time to change Banks.

They are slow at processing. And as you know time is money. Takes secu forever to handle home sale transactions.
