What a shameful and unethical experience I had selling my home to this credit union's client. I was brough up with the belief that being above board, transparent and working in good faith is the way to go about doing business. That was my success working for a major broadcasting company for over a quarter century. Unfortunately, my good faith and kind hearted approach to a young couple desperate to buy my house (in this extremely HOT housing market) via this credit union destroyed me financially. I was set up to lose thousands of dollars via an underhanded and unethical way this credit union worked in concert with their unethical appraiser to intentionally devalue my home to benefit themselves just days before closing. I literarily had moved out of state to make way for the new home buyers. I had my 2-year-old home cleaned top to bottom by professionals to welcome the new owners with open arms and in good faith. Instead, I was dealt with a last-minute stunt while I was not looking. This credit union knew I was out of state and found it to be the perfect time to devalue my home to the tune of $23,000 just days before closing knowing my hands were tied in this late state of the process now living 5 states away. Furthermore, if you are from another country and/or "non-white" then be aware that you will be found vulnerable and played like as a fool. Every white "American" and "Christian" person around you with a smaller home and zero upgrades compared to yours will have their home valued much higher than yours by this credit union playing in concert with their appraiser. Can you imagine you and your realtor turning to a bank who hired an unethical appraiser to intentionally devalue your home and highlight LINE BY LINE errors and omissions by the bank's appraiser and the bank repeatedly coming back not answering to your specific questions and concerns? Instead, I got repeated responses such as "well, we asked the appraiser if his work was correct and he said yes"? Really? I'm a firm believer that everyone makes mistakes and you give people a chance to cure. Instead, repeated attempts with this credit union to cure the errors failed due to the fact that they were clearly complicit in devaluing my home to the best interest of themselves and their client.

Antonia has been a tremendous help to me in getting a replacement ATM card. Unfortunately, I lost mine and needed a replacement right away as I was going out of town. She was courteous, professional, but most of all, quite helpful. I am very grateful to her for the assistance. What aggravated me is the fact that I called three branches and each branch told me there was NOT a way to get a replacement card the same day. I told them this was an extenuating circumstance and that fell on deaf ears. I am so glad that I called the Operations Center and spoke to Antonia, as she was able to assist me.
