This is a great SECU branch. I am always greeted and assisted promptly and we had wonderful service from the mortgage department here. I highly prefer this location over others in the area.

What an unpleasant and unwarranted experience from the service counter, there is hardly a justifiable reason why any customer be shown the worst reception from any establishment where the client's satisfaction is the goal...where are we finding these excellent interviewees but unfit employees? There was a saying that seems to have been scrapped some years back..."Attitude is Altitude ". Above all, SECU is a great banking institution...no entity can 100% purge out rottenness...only CHRIST!!

They deserve a ZERO! Literally the worst bank service I’ve ever experienced in life. No one spoke, I had a question and got attitude in return for no reason! I was stared at and talked to as if I was less than. The African American Teller with braids was extremely rude and no one that has something as small as a question about should be treated that way! They really need to work on better customer service!

This is one of the worst branches I've been at. I was unable to complete my transaction because of a so-called system update. This branch wasted my time. I end up going to Walmart to get what I needed done. It looks like I'm going to have to take my money somewhere else.

Totally unacceptable! Their systems always goes out on a payday! It's 11am and I'm unable to touch my paycheck due to system errors with the State Employees Credit Union! Holiday weekend and I'm empty handed bc this Bank constantly have issues with their system going down. Taking my direct deposit to Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Anybody that's has a strong support system when the system crashes.

An employee was fired for having a "racist" walking Dead toy on his desk which portrayed a strong black woman who is a warrior on the show dar from racism. This branch is a joke.

The staff are very kind and take their time with you. Everyone I have met with has always be professional and friendly. A lovely bank, with wonderful staff, and great money market rates ;0)
