The office staff at my storage unit location on Hubert Street is AMAZING!! In a time where it feels like we're just a bunch of numbers, it's so very nice to be treated with kindness, friendliness and patience. I actually look forward to speaking with him over the phone (that's saying a lot!!) because I know I won't have any problems ... AND he knows my name!!

I used this location to rent a U-Haul truck. The manager of Storage King USA provided amazing customer service. U-Haul had inaccuracies in my reservation, but the manager ensured I had a great experience and charged me less than I expected to pay. I will definitely use this location for any future moving or storage needs.

We needed a moving truck at the last minute. Jason at Storage King was very helpful and was able to get us in a truck quickly. I can't thank him enough for his professional and courteous customer service.

I leased a storage unit today and the website gave me some errors and I had to go to location to finalize everything. James was so helpful! He was able to get me set up and showed me where to find me unit. Glad to have found a storage with a manager that cares!

I worked with James this past Friday setting up parking and storage. This man is very knowledgeable. His customer service is way above and beyond.
