Sadly, this Subway makes me want to never go again! If you are in the Service industry, in the US, you must be able to understand and communicate in English! I was going to dine in but the bathroom locked! I wanted a meal, but wasn't asked! Ended up with just a sandwich and had to eat in my car! Women's bathroom closed by the Board, and had to use the men's which had a vulgar graphic on the wall! Didn't even give me napkins!

They've "revamped" their menu to and everything looks the same it just comes with double the cheese (and double the price). Lettuce is usually something I put on every sandwich but they let theirs get so brown I went without. Prices are insane for the quality. When they were $5-7 for a footlong I was willing to accept that they weren't anywhere near the quality of a real restaurant. But now a 6" will cost you about $10 by itself. For a few bucks more you can get an 11" at a place called Aggie's a few miles away and their quality is top tier especially compared to Subway. This location (New Bern Ave. Tower Shopping Center) has been around ever since I moved to the area but if it manages to stay in business another year I'll be amazed. Definitely my last time going.

I recommend NOT GOING TO THIS LOCATION. Customer service is HORRIBLE! The staff and the manager over the phone were very unprofessional. You do not get what you paid for and the employee proceeded to state, I’m just an employee I don’t know if we have promotions or know anything about National Sandwich Day.”even after I showed her the email. I also ashes would I need to purchase through the app, the employee stated I don’t know. I asked to speak with a manager. She called and spoke to the manager in a different language. That was a concern because why can’t you speak in English. I knew then this was a disaster. Was my first time here and will NEVER go back.

The store is the store is very messy and dirty I was there five minutes before they were supposed to open and then five minutes after they were supposed to open they still were not open I go to the door and they just giving me a hand signals and nobody came and even told me what time they’re supposed to open. so I left even though I was trying to get a sandwich for my daughter’s lunch because she was at school just extremely unprofessional not to open at the time it says you’re supposed to but the store looked dirty anyway

Difficult to communicate, did not prepare sandwiches as requested, the gentleman in back who could understand and speak some English refused requests to come help.

Made an online order for sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich & when I get there they tell me rheres no italian herbs & cheese bread so i tell them thats fine than they proceed to tell me theres no sweet onion sauce. So now i have to eat my SWEET ONION teriyaki without the sweet onion, new management is horrible. Also had no cookies smh

On December 27th at 11 am I ordered turkey wrap because I liked it in another location - Denver CO international airport. But in comparing with wrap in Denver airport it was disgusting.1. It was cold and not pleasant to eat.2. Tortilla was thick and not completely cooked.3. It was not much filling but mostly tortilla and wrap was small. In Denver airport the guy who make it hardly wrapped it and it was huge so I divided for two times.I opened my order and immediately made picture. Little by little I ate filling and left all bread aside. I hate to write negative reviews but sometimes I can't ignore.Here is picture of my wrap:

Whoever you have working around 8:30pm on 5/14 needs to be fired. Not a single direction followed, looks like they literally threw the sandwich together, and half of the order is missing. Just gross negligence. Definitely deserve the $15/hour.
