Tonight, Sunday, I came in for my footlong supper. The 2 women working there got excited, ran to the back, brought out a $10 bill, told me I had dropped it 2 weeks ago while I was there! These ladies were so honest and friendly. Best Subway experiece@

Sirene… thank you so much! This was the most meticulously made sandwich I’ve ever witnessed being made. It was like watching an artist craft perfection. I know how weird this review sounds. But I’m very particular about my subs and she made it perfect. She was so nice and appreciative of my compliments.

Subway is supposed to bake their bread fresh every morning. This bread looked and felt like it’s 2-3 days old. Shame.

If you value your money you should go to any other Subway in Raleigh. According to the website this is the only location in all of Raleigh that doesn't participate in the Subway promotions and on top of that when I ordered from a different location each sub was $1.50 more per sub at this location than others.

Very bad service and raciest towards customer not like them. They perpously tried to rip me off by holding back meat on a sub because of who I am thinking they could get away with it. Tried calling the store back for 10 minutes no one would answer, so I had to drive back to the store. When I arrived things got worse as she tried to argue with me lied about being to busy to answer the phone and there were no customers in site. She tried telling what to do and was just real nasty just wanting to add the meat to an already made sub from 15 minutes earlier. I had to ask to remake the correct sub which she through together with no care all the time arguing with me. In the end I asked for the owners number or corporate but she refused trying to hide what she had done never doing anything for making the mistake and wasting my time and gas only giving me what I had originally ordered.

Ordered a sub online, was NEVER notified that it was ready, and then got scolded for being "late" when I show up and learn that my sandwich has been sitting on a shelf (no heat lamp - just a bookshelf) for 30 minutes. Staff and manager were not accommodating and just kept telling me I shouldn't show up late instead of just fixing the issue. ZERO STARS

I understand that social justice warriors think they are doing good but when your employees harass customers it will most likely end in a loss of business. One women there didnt harass me but the other did. all it takes is one bad apple....
