The employee who made my sandwich was very nice, she gave me generous portions, and was not shy with the mayo. She worked very fast and I was out the door within 5 minutes of entering. Will definitely be coming here again?

The lady who made my sandwich did not change her gloves after touching multiple surfaces and then touched the veggies. Veggies and meat looked wilted and old. This place grossed me out. Won’t be back.

I am more than disappointed in that almost without exception, most of the Reviews quoted here are YEARS old?I am from the UK (Wales) and have used Subway for 20+ years in Western New York: Youngstown & Lewiston close to Niaga Falls Both locations but especially the Lewiston branch, provided Excellent Service- Fast - Very clean with the Owners inviting me to check out the kitchen & Prep Area.Needless to say I have to find a location here to match any of them: With all due respect , this IS all down to the Manager/ Owner, I really hope that I can receive a reply address to me!. I gave no reservation in including my Personal email- let's face it? there is NO Chance that any email address is PrivateAt this stage I cannot leave a Star Rating but DO look forward to be able to rectify this. I love going to this location because the owner is so nice and kind. The customer service is amazing. He always stay on the fresh baked bread and cookies. And it's always clean when I go.

They only gonna give you about half of the meat that any other subway will give you.The tuna sandwich I got they put 4 mini scoops and other people has quit going here for the same reason. Find a different Subway not this one.So I added a picture of what you're supposed to get and a picture of what I got.

Uses the same gloves one customer after another, even after handling cash. Also not the best customer service but subs are still okay.

Sorry but my gripe was that they couldn't understand what I wanted. Subway had Chipotle southwest wraps before but the workers didn't know the basic things to make it. When trying to get hot salsa on the wrap they put hot sauce on it. And who rolls a wrap like a sub?

This location has excellent service. The staff was nice and accurately prepared our food. They accepted our coupons and made our order in a timely manner. I would deff come back to this one!
