After being a dedicated customer of Summit Credit Union for over 17 years, I have formed valuable relationships that have greatly enhanced the loan process. Although some members of the staff, including Lila and Glen, have moved on, the exceptional level of service remains unchanged.Through Summit, I had the pleasure of interacting with the Member Care Team, specifically Renee Vernon and Rhonda Chambers, as well as Mike, the Branch Manager in Raleigh. Their commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to loyal members, reminiscent of the service provided at UNC Rex, was immediately evident. This experience solidified my decision to maintain my relationship with Summit and its staff. Rhonda and Renee displayed enthusiasm, approachability, proactivity, responsiveness to specific requests, and consistent follow-through. Their professionalism, along with their genuine interest in addressing my GAP concerns, has made me feel valued and part of a family from the very beginning. They have remained diligent in addressing all of my out of state car purchase needs and have consistently demonstrated a genuine concern for my best interests in every interaction. Lastly branch manager Mike willingness to stay later if needed to print a check so I can overnight it was just icing on the cake...Thanks Summit for being a support to your patrons.

Customer service is non-existent. Does anyone work here? You send me a debit card and it won't activate, and my old debit card expired. You weren't open on the weekend either, how stupid. The website gave me a customer service number to call and it called a branch in WI who couldn't do anything for me. That person gave me the exact same number on my actual debit card to call who were closed on a Saturday and who were reluctant to answer the phone the first time I called. Maybe there is only one person working the customer service line. The closest branch is 40+ minutes away from me. Very inconvenient! I belong to another credit union based in Palo Alto who is much larger and overall does a much better job with customer service because you can actually get through to someone.

I am not a member here but came here because they are a co-op member. I was trying to deposit a money order and they were SO kind and helpful. Huge shoutout to Shelley (blonde hair) who was seriously the sweetest person ever! I left smiling because of her! ?

Was a wonderful experience working with them they were very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bank.

I love Summit Credit Union, the staff is very friendly, helpful. The teller at Ed Drive recognize me when u come in. I have never had a problem with banking. I give 5 star ratings.

Came here earlier today to deposit an out of state 3rd party check. Nicki was super nice, friendly, personable and helpful at explaining everything and getting our check processed! Would definitely come back here for all my banking needs!

Summit Credit Union Branch Manager, David Adams, is fantastic. He was able to get me the information needed to finalize my home loan. The Customer Service representatives were helpful, courteous and eager to assist. Keep up the great work, Summit CU in Raleigh!

I love Summit Credit Union! David is so knowledgeable and friendly. When I was there he stopped what he was doing to help me solve my mobile banking problem. I would strongly suggest this bank to anyone. They are always so welcoming and fast but efficient!

Went as a credit union co-op member and am grateful I’m not a member here. Dismal environment where the manager basically invades your person space as soon you walk in with overbearing energy and the tellers are all complaining. They were rolling back security footage to mock someone - disgusting behavior I would never expect to see at my credit union.The nice teller wanted to be sure she was processing the transfer correctly and “Nicki” comes over with a major attitude and was uncomfortably rude to this sweet teller. Couldn’t wait to leave this disappointing place.

Highly recommend this CU! I helped my husband search for an account with no fees, this is it! Excellent customer service! We had some issues with opening the account online and then with creating the online user but always found quick help either though a phone call, e mail or text message. Michaela was extremely helpful!

I always have a good experience at Summit Credit Union in Raleigh but today I needed to take care of some financial business and David the manager and Micheal the associate were wonderful. Efficient and knowledgable. The paperwork I needed to sign was handled expeditiously and everything was done in a timely manner. Meeting your needs is their prime objective and it is always a pleasure doing business with them.

You are closed during a busy lunch hour? Are you kidding me?? My job and all my friends are short staffed at their jobs, yet none of us get to eat while we are supposed to be working... Wow, what a luxury for the employees and a HUGE inconvenience for the customers... Obviously not a well run business. Don't waste your time driving here.
