Terrible customer service. Was sitting in parking lot at 8:45am waiting for bank to open. Waited at door with four other customers until 9:15am and bank never opened. Lobby hours posted were 9am-5pm. There was also a customer sitting in the drive thru who was never helped and drove away. No sign posted on door that lobby or bank was closed. No excuse for this.

Lobby is closed so you would think that drive thru would provide fast service...Not! When I arrived only 1 car at the window and two tellers working. It took forever to make a simple deposit. This has happened previously as well. Not sure if it has to do with change to Truist. But not a fan of this bank or location!

The staff at this branch are very nice and professional! Moreover, Iman Mansoor provides the best customer service! She is so friendly and goes out of her way to make conservation with customers.....she remembers me every time I visit and always asks about my stepson. Service like that is hard to find these day! Thanks Iman!
