I recently switched to this bank for a few reasons. The Bank I did use is closing branches all over. And the company I work for banks here. I used a different Branch and I was worried about my future with Truist. I called Duraleigh Branch and spoke to Alma over the phone. Alma is amazing at her job put me at ease she invited me to the branch and told me that she could 100% help me. I walked in two people were ahead of me. She was helping the tellers and she acknowledged me. She quickly apologized for me having to wait. Which was so appreciated and the wait was less than 10 minutes. Alma and Joe who is a teller helped me out. Everyone at this Branch were so kind and helpful to everyone that walked in. Honestly if anyone who may have had a negative experience? At a different location and you are able to go to the Duraleigh office. Please do. Alma and her staff are truly amazing. Customer service is TOP NOTCH.

Called corporate over the weekend over a check on hold from a client. They told me to go to the bank. I went to the bank they had no Idea how to solve it. They told me to call Truist Corporate they had no Idea how to solve the issue. They told me to talk to my client. I talked to client the money is in thier account. BBT wouldnt have let this happen. Everybody I talked to at the bank and on line had a heavy accent and was hard to understand especially the offshore hispanic guy or phillipine guy. I miss BBT. Typical circle of corporate hell.

I was assisted with an uncommon issue today by Zorka at this Truist branch. It took much less time than I thought, and was actually painless and pleasant.

Can I give a zero star? Because that one star is waaaaaay to much for truist. First off I've been arguing with this company for the past 3 hours about my account being charged for $36 for an .86 cents over draft fee. As soon as I am able to close this acct and be done with truist I will go as fast as possible. I do not recommend this bank to anybody! Smdh!

Let me start off by saying that I've been a member of BBT for over 15 yrs, but when I tell you I have had the worst experience in the Duraleigh Raleigh location. I went in on Dec 2nd to report my card being hack, the young lady at the desk wasn't knowledge at all no help but she stated that she had to issue a new card and gave me a temp card to use until my new one came, fast forward to Dec 15 still no new card so I go back to the same person at that location and come to find out she ordered me a card with the same information and same number of the card that was hacked (smh). So then they tell me they would put a $30 expedition fee on my account but would remove it once the card was received and I did get the card 2days later, but the nerve to charge my account the $30 for your rep mistake. So now I have been to the bank 4 visits total, and 6 calls for manager (Alma) to refund my account for there mistake and still no resolve as she is out of the office and no one else can do the refund. Please avoid this location at all cost, nothing good to say about this location.

The old suntrust at town ridge was sooo great from the tellers to the personal office folks. My bank for years. Now I’m stuck at the 3000 Duraleigh truist staring at a sign stating how much they care. What a joke!! Take down the sign and burn it.

Woman at the bank could barely speak English. Could do nothing to help verify account information.

I just wanted to take a moment to offer some serious praise for CARLOS LIRIANO—the branch manager at Suntrust bank in Raleigh on Pleasant Valley road. I've never taken the time to review a bank employee before but this gentleman went so above and beyond the call of duty to cheerfully help me resolve a faulty debit card issue that I had to give him a shout out. He spent at least 20 minutes going back an forth on the phone with Suntrust corporate, explaining that I was NOT able to use my card due to an erroneous fraud alert (despite them consistently claiming the card was fine)...he advocated for me, was the height of a professional, was kind, cheerful, and just all around excellent to deal with. He made a really annoying situation surprisingly pleasant, and deserves some real kudos for his genuine attention to customer care. Thanks so much, Carlos!

The girl employee at the front desk on the left when you walk in (there was only 2) at 11 am on 07/26/2019 was very rude and unprofessional. Makes you wonder why do banks claim to be professional when they hire the most unprofessional people. She refused to help potential future members of the bank and was very “ratchetâ€. I hate to leave bad reviews but those employees was very unprofessional.
