Lashonda should be fired. She pretended not to see me for 15 minutes at the drive thru. I just wanted to deposit some cash but I guess that was too big of a hassle for her. I asked for my money back and left. Closing my Truist account ASAP.

Closed my brand new account for "fraud" before I even had the chance to deposit anything. There is no review or appeal process, support refuses to go into any details. Terrible support, I can't imagine actually keeping any money with them.

I’m so over businesses that lack in customer service. I had already considered closing my account there because it’s not my primary account. I more so kept it open because my daughter has an account ant Truist also. Today solidified I need to move forward with the account closure.

This place take very long time to get customer . I go to canton vilage , they did very quick . Only one lady that very fast and nice when I come . Other don’t want take me maybe I have 2 or 3 transaction . I can seee that .

Google has this bank's Saturday hours wrong, which no one at Truist has bothered to correct. Unacceptable.

I came on Saturday 6-24-23 they supposed close at 1pm and is 12:52 and they already closed the door and are leaving this is so unprofessional.

I have been with this bank for over 10 years before it was a Truist (BB&T) I will officially be switching my bank. It’s been a long time coming, and the service has been awful and the processing is so slow. Never, ever, ever in the history of banks has a cash deposit needed an overnight processing!?!? That is the entire point of it being cash is so that it will be instantly available in the account, was with “customer service” and was disconnected 3 TIMES!!! Service couldn’t even get their own bank to answer their calls. It’s a big joke and I’m happy to be switching.

This one star review is due to the issues I am currently experiencing with Truist bank. These matters have grossly affected the funds of both my non-profit organization, Generations Family Services, Inc., and the clients my agency serves for fiduciary and guardianship purposes. My statements below are a brief synopsis of my reasons for submitting this complaint against Truist bank. I am in high hopes that this review will assist with my issues being effectively resolved in a timely manner, as Truist has refused to do so thus far, despite being aware of the situation.On March 3rd, 2023, I was informed by several of my clients with closed Truist bank accounts that they had received checks from Truist to be cashed. I immediately advised them that the checks were not to be cashed as I had their accounts closed several months prior. Following the advisement to my clients, I contacted Truist via email and phone calls to local locations, the customer support center and fraud department for several weeks requesting this error be corrected as soon as possible. The only response I received with every contact made was that “the issue would be looked into.” In April the same error was made in which clients received Truist checks from closed accounts. During this time Truist also drafted my agency’s business account to issue checks on closed accounts. I again, reached out to them several times seeking rectification and was told I would have to recoup the unauthorized funds from my clients. During the month of May, the same issue occurred again. Clients received checks from closed accounts and my business account was drafted for these funds which left the account over drafted, compounded with fees and in the negative.To date, Truist has not resolved the issue that is causing checks to still be distributed from closed accounts to my clients, and my business account being drafted for these unauthorized funds. I would like a timely resolution so that I can continue to operate my organization without the distress of unwarranted transactions taking place from both closed client accounts and my business account.

This gotta be the worst Truist I have been at. Not only they make you wait for simple transactions. But they make so many mistakes with the deposit. I am going to switch banking.Update: 2 tellers for a busy branch doesn't make any sense.

Worst bank in america they tack on fees all the time and question you when you come in to withdraw cash. Defiantly don’t recommend. Will be closing my account asap.

the bank policies are BS, understaffed leaving their bankers with so much work, the lady that helped me took out of her lunch time to help me bc she was the only banker there

WORST BANK EVER! Horrible customer service. Rude employees. Pretty much every person at the North Hills location acts like they have 0 brain cells! Avoid this place like the plague.
