This branch was slow, but friendly when a Suntrust branch. Now Truist, they are even slower, with less staff, and the tellers seem to be novice and untrained. I waited in the teller line (the only vehicle for seven minutes) and was finally joined by one other car. Given minutes later the second car was serviced first, to the embarrassment of that driver, and finally I was serviced. Oh, two tellers were visible, and only one client, in the lobby, was assisted during my entire wait. Pathetic. I'm looking for a new bank.

Shocked by how badly I was treated here. Only one employee interacted with me. He directed me to the notary who completely ignored me. I went to the other employee and asked if someone else could help me and she rudely says "I'm in the middle of something" How can I know that if you dont say a word to me? I miss BB&T.... I am closing my account because of this. This was my last straw with this bank.

Recently started working at the apartments nearby and have had to go plenty lately. The two ladies inside are always so kind and helpful. I enjoy that they're friendly and don't make the bank feel like a dreadful experience

I never felt more racially profiled until I came to this Truist location and the worse part about it it’s the branch manager name Gabey he made me feel very uncomfortable being that I am a person of color and I will not do business with this company!

Everyone at the branch except for the male teller completely ignored me. I came in to open a business account. I sat and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I watched people come in after me and be helped before me. The store wasn’t even that busy! When I finally decided to leave a banker (the same guy we watched twiddle his fingers for an hour) came out and asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. I asked “why would I need an appointment? I’ve been here for over an hour, can I open my account now?” He goes “there’s no time”Mind you he only came to me because I got up to leave! Please PLEASE don’t give this bank your money they do not care about you.

Not sure whose brilliant idea was to hire the slowest people ever to run the drive thru Bf the front desk, but shout out to you. 30min for a deposit on a Monday afternoon? Nice Management going on here.

They did not know how to use the new Truist system to do a credit card cash back. The teller told me that she did not know how to do it so I got the manager involved and we all learned how to do a cash back at this branch today so others won’t have an issue in the future. I gave them four stars for initial lazy resistance to getting the job done after I pressed the issue

New changes Truist is same bad BB&T. Suntrust failed in this business. Costumer Service is really bad.

Spent over an hour in the drive thru because they closed indoors and they only have ONE person helping two lines of cars. COVID has been around for TWO years now. Assign some flex staff to address shortages.

Absolutely horrible. Have been waiting more than an hour and a half in drive through line and barely anyone has gotten through and lobby is also closed.

Andrea Carmona-Armas decided that it was acceptable to yell my account balance and my check amount for a deposit out loud in the bank while asking for help from another associate. That's a privacy and security breach and I will probably transfer my assets to another bank.
