I am someone who admittedly does not get haircuts as frequently as I should. I have long, thick, curly hair and have had more than a few bad experiences with hair salons in the past. Having had hairdressers tell me they understood what I was looking for and the dynamics of my type of hair and it turned out I ended up very unhappy and with a hairstyle not at all what I had described or asked for. I work across the street and having lived in NY for most of my life... used Supercuts in NY and was happy with their services. I walked in about 2 weeks ago and had a long conversation with Ashley...I believe she is the Salon Manager. I explained to her my hesitancy in trying new salons and why I feel that way. She was very receptive and compassionate to my feelings and concerns and she eased my mind to the point where I felt very comfortable scheduling an appointment the following week. I went and spent about 2 hours there. She talked me through everything she was doing and kept making sure I was okay and understanding what she was doing. I felt incredibly comfortable that I was in good hands. She touched up my color, covered some grays, cut off a sufficient amount of hair to include giving me bangs which I had not had in years. I am extremely happy with Ashley's services and will definitely be a repeat customer. She was fabulous and I highly recommend not only her but this Salon location. It was clean and a pleasant environment. I have gone to salons in the past and paid ridiculous amounts of money...gift cards.. and been very disappointed with the services at times but mostly the end result not being what I asked for. This was very affordable and I felt like I was treated as a person... with care and respect and that in itself is priceless. Thank you Ashley and Supercuts!!!

Crystal is a great stylist! She listens, offers suggestions and cut/styled my hair perfectly. I have allergies so she was aware of the products she used. Just a really great job!

Ashley is a phenomenal hairstylist and colorist!! I have had her do regular cuts and color and also been to her before special events and I am so grateful I found her. She’s kind, professional, and collaborative with me so that I am happy when I leave. She also did my mom’s hair the last time I visited her and mom was very happy as well!!Services: Waxing

I stopped in after work and was very happy with my haircut. Very clean and convenient location. Ashley did a great job and the best part was how fast she was! If you need a nice quick cut I’d recommend checking this location out.

I called to see if they had any appointments and Ashley answered and said I could come in at my convenience. . Ashley listened while I showed some photos of what I wanted for my hair. I liked her hair so we agreed on something in the middle of my ideas and her style. We had great conversation during the cut and then I enjoyed a wonderful shampoo and blow dry. Ashley is the best hair stylist ever. I always jump between salons for a haircut plus highlights and I am never fully satisfied with my results. Ashley did my highlights yesterday and it was the best I have ever got my hair done. She is super professional, conversational, and is super talented at hair.
