Cathy Lyons was an incredible asset to me during my first time home buying journey. She is so knowledgable and has so much experience that I have complete confidence in her. Most importantly, she looked out for my best interests and gave me her honest opinions on each home and location. I know Cathy really cared about me as a buyer and getting me into my perfect first home that fit my needs. It was also great having Cathy as my realtor as an out-of-state buyer who wasn't able to see homes in person. Cathy was always willing to take a lot of detailed pictures and videos and made it so I was completely comfortable buying my first home sight unseen until the day of closing! Another quality I highly appreciate about Cathy is her promptness. She is able to get paperwork together quickly and submit offers shortly after reaching out to her.I highly recommend Cathy to all my friends and everyone I know in general! Steve Reiman was extremely helpful in our home selling and buying process. When we were looking at homes to purchase he had a great eye for repairs that would be needed and was able to provide insight such as how much those repairs would cost. Steve did a wonderful job helping us negotiate two contracts and led us in the right path with his provided suggestions. I 100% recommend him to anyone needing a realtor!

PJ is a phenomenal realtor. He was with us every step of the way and ensure that we were informed about the buying prices in regards to new construction. He communicates very effectively and was always available to discuss things over the phone, email and almost always in person. Of course, he's quite knowledgeable and made this process very smooth. We just built of dream home and he was instrumental in making it come true. We will regret his name too anyone and everyone who is even thinking of purchasing our selling a home.

Marc Spinelli from the start makes you feel like family looking for a home. He has a such a great knowledge, charisma, and showmanship to your specific needs. Marc understands when life bumps happens that even if it takes a little longer to find your dream home, he stays with you the entire time. My family was so sad at closing, because we thought we were losing a piece of the family. Marc actually still checks in on us months later. Thank you Marc for all you have done for us??

Lisa is wonderful- she looked out for us on the “business side” of selling our home and helped us get ready for our showings and open houses. Her knowledge on market timing and pricing….a huge blessing. Lisa had multiple open houses and we were under contract sooner than we expected.But most of all, Lisa is simply a good person. And it’s always better to work with someone you genuinely like.
