Will Lee, Mobile Expert, at Store 9362 was my angel today! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable & professional. Will helped correct a billing issue, but more importantly he helped make sure my daughter who’s studying abroad will now have access to data while not on wifi!! His help made my momma heart rest a little easier today!

Came to this location twice to inquire about a phone upgrade. The system was down on the first try and they could not give me any information since they could not access my account. I returned several days later, and spent about an hour with a young man named Jedidja. He was professional and knowledgable but after almost an hour, he told us the system was down again and he couldn't complete the sale. He told me he would reach out to us after the system was restored but we never heard from him. A week later I received my bill and found two of my four lines had been upgraded from Go5GPlus to Go5G Plus AAL 2L at an additional cost of $35 per line. I called the 800 number and they confirmed my suspicion that employees at the retail store earn commissions. They apologized and credited my account but I won't be back. You are better off going to another retailer to buy your phone to avoid up sales on service.

The stuff is super friendly and welcoming!! Steve and Say are above and beyond, they were really helpful and patient with us!! I been in a few different locations and definitely can say this guys know what they doing!!!

Just very disappointing. I called to double check that they had a specific phone, they told me that they will put it on hold for me. I show up and they told me they sold the phone and have none left. This company doesn’t care about people, they only care about making sales. Please don’t tell someone you will hold a phone for them and they are unable to do so. It was a long drive for me.

Saye was an absolute angel when I went in to trade in my phone the other day! He was so helpful, friendly and funny. He transferred everything over from my old phone and got me the best deal possible! Highly recommend this location. His supervisor was also so friendly and helpful. Overall a very supportive and professional store.

They issued a SIM card a month ago and now I can’t charge money into it because «it is not in their system». Nice try to get paid for another SIM card. ByeUPD: I’ve tried to pay via web-cite the same evening. For a surprise a system did recognized my phone number. But it did not allowed to pay by my card.SHAME on T-Mobile!!!It works with Russia banks but does not work with Ukrainian banks.Next I tried a support. I’ve lost about to hours to connect and solve the issue without a solution.Next day I’ve tried another T-mobile point but that day a guy in the office told that “the system is already down”.Complete failure

I drove to this T-Mobile location from Durham because they had the best reviews for customer service in the area, and wow did they deliver! Genesis was spectacular, as was manager Rob, in helping me figure out my new plan for going overseas to Spain. Super friendly, knowledgable and professional, and exemplified what excellent customer service is all about. Very highly recommended!

Coming in to buy a new phone the fellow there said we’re not a phone store we just sell contracts. I asked him if he would say that on the video he told me to leave the store. And I called T-Mobile and have not heard back from my complaint.It was just a rude young man I guess T-Mobile doesn’t care

Very poor experience contacting Tmobile today. It is very unprofessional when you ask for a manager or supervisor and the customer rep. hangs up on you. So you have to call back and this time the "so called" supervisor a Mr. Hubert who refused to give his 1st name tells you they did not hang up on you but yet you can hear when they put down the receiver and hang up on you. Do not use this store. No phone etiquette, Very rude, argumentative staff. I learned early on in life when someone is speaking you wait your turn. Instead i get this mr. hubert who continues speaking over me the entire time. I could not get a word out and this time it was me that hung up. And by the way, No stars from me. they make you at least mark one in order to post review.
