With the kiosk, there is not much customer interaction. The food was prepared well no mistakes with the customized items. However at every Taco Bell location where we placed an order from the kiosk they forget to provide the drink and we have to remind them. One of the drive-thru staff was very rude to the person doing online pick-up. All he wanted was to check the items before confirming. It was a reasonable request however she just ignored his request and kept saying to confirm it. Even after he confirmed she didn't give the package to him. Like I said with the kiosk order customer service quality is not at par.

Ok so it seems that they now close their lobby doors every chance they get and only focus on deliveries. I have gone there twice and they just randomly close their doors in the middle of the day.This only leaves people to use their car to do drive-through. Not everyone has a car to use to do drive-thru and delivery is $10 extra. What is the purpose to keep the lobby permanently closed?

Quite literally the best Taco Bell experience i’ve ever had. The workers were so so nice and it’s a SUNDAY AFTERNOON!!! Literally the best can’t recommend them more. I will definitely be coming back.

This taco bell REQUIRES customers to use the kiosk. They won't ring you up themselves. But yet when you pay in cash, they need to ring you up anyway. My order was started 3 minutes after the order was placed. They always make the order after there are no more cars in the drive thru.

I ordered $44 worth of food and they got my order wrong. I also ordered a Mexican pizza that they put at the bottom of the bag. When I opened up the box the cheese and tomatoes were stuck to the top of the lid. When I called the so called manager tried to go back and forth with me about what I said. Then after putting me on hold to consult with another she gets back on the phone to tell me that they will correct my order but they won’t remake my pizza. I asked forThe number to corporate and was told to google it. So unprofessional. I will not be spending my money with them again.

Horrible experience. I ordered a crunchy Taco Supreme and they gave me a Crunchwrap Supreme, which cost more. Then asked me to come in to correct order. Told them I had a broken foot and could not. They took my card to refund me but it NEVER happened. Of course, the CHARGE happened. Tried calling 11 times, no answer. Not the first time.

Horrible customer service. Charged me for wrong item, told me they would refund me but it never happened. Of course, the charge occurred but not refund. This is not the first time this has happened. Tried calling repeated, no one EVER answers.

They might as well close this location. I walked in and tried to order, I was told to use the kiosk. I go to the kiosk, it says if you want to pay cash to order at the register. The girl behind the counter literally said to me “I’m ready to clock out, you better just go use that kiosk” you’re working at TACO BELL…acting too entitled to take an order. There are 5 other locations within 10 mins, just go there.
