We went through the drive through, and did not receive the correct items in our order. Also, we asked for mild sauce, and they gave us about 20 hot spicy sauces. When we were at the pickup window, the person giggled while they handed us our order. I suspect they gave us the wrong sauce intentionally. What is wrong with folks at fast food places around here? And how do they stay in business when they can’t get an order right (this was not the first time for us), and then thinking giving us a bunch of hot sauce is funny? ?

Come here a lot for lunch and this location is great! Friendly people working the drive thru and they are always accurate with the orders! Probably my favorite Taco Bell

I've gone here a few times, and it's a toss up on the experience. Sometimes everything is very smooth, and based on who is at the window it seems to change. On my receipt from the other day, it says Theresa, and I would recommend only going if she is there. Seems like she keeps it running well when she is present at least. I won't go into details with my less than optimal experiences otherwise.

This is the last time I go there the last two times they have forgotten to put an item in my bag that I paid for and my taco had no meat and the lettuce was in the bag. Wouldn't recommend this place for nothing.

Didn't even order... I came to the restaurant after working 10 hours lending my son my car for school. So I get on the bus the #8 & I decided that I would stop by and grab a bite to eat before walking home. To my surprise I go to wash my hands. While washing my hands and employee comes in behind me and uses the bathroom and then leaves without even washing his hands nor using sanitizer!!! He recognized me and even acknowledged me as we made (he made eye contact with me). He knew what he did & the look on his face showed it because he was then told to take a order out for the drive thru. I didn't say anything at the time because I don't want anyone to lose their job/jobs but I definitely didntorder anything!!! Come on bro you handling/prepping/cooking food for the public. It's been less than an hour ago you can do better!!!

Ordered on the app. Pulled up and waited 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me and I gave my name. Sat behind the car in front of me for 10 minutes. My turn, they had nothing ready. Nobody was even working on it. Sat for another 10 minutes. Crunchwrap was hot and fresh, taco was a mushy mess that was clearly sitting for a while.

Waited in the drive through line unable to leave due to the way it’s built for 40 MINUTES. Didn’t even bother ordering anything since we were already late and couldn’t wait for them to take forever to make our freaking food. Do not go here if you want quick service, and expect to get stuck in the drive thru for years.
