I have been shopping their sales lately. Unbelievable discounts. I bought a sweater for under $20. The staff was extremely helpful. I found a sweater I liked but they did not have my size. They found the sweater at another store and shipped it my house for free..

Walked in asked a lady a question, she straight up looked at me like I don’t belong here and just stared at me not answering my question. A lady beside her had to interject and thankful of her to help but the other one needs better customer service

Renee was so wonderful and nice. I would go back just for her. She helped show me pants that would be long enough for me and offered to look for a pair in my size. I really appreciate her amazing customer service, it made my day a little brighter!

This Talbot's was recently remodeled (now larger) & is really nice. Personnel are courteous & friendly. They help as much or as little as you desire & aren't pushy. A pleasure to shop here.

My visit to Talbots was not a planned visit but I'm glad we did. I needed to get a cardigan for my daughter. I don't remember the young lady name who helped us but I've never recieved such amazing customer service. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. She took her time in helping us and made sure we left with exactly what we needed. If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely shop here again.
