I typically have a good experience at this store, but today was not one of those days. I saw a lot of makeup on sale, so I grabbed what I wanted to purchase. I also ensured the sale tags matched the products I was buying. When I got to the register they were all regular priced. This store needs to do a better job at organizing their beauty products and honoring sales. I was told the products I thought were on sale were in the wrong spots.

Ericka is exchanges and returns is extremely rude and disrespectful, talking down to me as a customer and not even looking at me while I was trying to understand what the return policy was. I wasn't trying to be rude to her, and she just wasn't having it unfortunately.

Did self checkout line today and immediately the employee was standing near the entrance saying you can only enter if you have 10 items or less. I literally show him my cart and tell him I have less than 10 items in my car and he proceeds to count and is just eye hawking me…. Very uncomfortable situation… please speak to employees to create an inviting warm environment for shopping especially during the holidays.

Dont waste your time (literally) at the briar ck store. Friday afternoon, crowded store. ONE checkout open - leaving 12-13 carts waiting fir self check out!

Stopped in the store to grab a some things on my lunch break. No issues with the stock or availability.
Self check out had no line, one unit open, pulled my cart up and started scanning.
When finishing scanning, which didn't take long since I had 10 items, a middle aged african american woman tells me "You snuck in on me, next time don't use the self checkout for over 10 items." With a very condescending tone.
Lady - if you're going to chastise someone for not following a number based rule, please make sure you confirm there is an issue, which in this case there was not.
Been to this store plenty of times, never had attitude like this from someone.
Numbers are hard sometimes, I get it, so either refresh your basic counting education or get checked for glasses on your next day off from your Target shifts.
