Had a very unprofessional experience there today with two of the associates up front at checkout. There’s no reason to be rude when I’m asking a simple question or trying to clarify something simple. Be nicer to people and do your job professionally. Any manager there should understand the importance of training associates thoroughly.

The Target on Six Forks Rd is conveniently located. The parking lot was pretty full, so it is a busy store. My cashier was friendly and the store was easy enough to figure out the layout. There was not much variety of products, but the prices were ok.

Lance went above and beyond for us during our trip to target. We were looking for a specific item that we could not find, and he searched the whole store to find us the very last one. Thank you so much Lance!

This is easily the best Target in Raleigh. The store has all the updates including a Tarbucks (Starbucks inside a Target), Updated cosmetics area, large food & wine section & tons of self checkout stations. The sales associates are always kind, every shelf is clean and organized & nothing in the self care or pharmacy isles is locked up in those annoying cages. The Target pickup at this location is located around the side of the store instead of in the middle of the front parking lot. IT MAKES SO MUCH MORE SENSE. Plenty of parking and easy to access from both the Six Forks road entrances & the turn by Chick-fil-A.

I moved from PA to Raleigh NC about a month ago and live only 5 minutes from this Target which is a great convenience! I love shopping in store and had great experiences doing my shopping on my own. Today I tried the drive up feature on my target app and although the online portion worked great the person who delivered my items to my car really ruined my experience. I ordered 2 cleaning items for my car and two 35lbs Target Brand bags of cat litter. To start, when she approached my vehicle there was no introductions like “Hi”, “Hello”, or “How are you today?”, she didn’t even confirm my code on my phone despite there being other cars waiting to pick up their groceries. This threw me off but everyone has bad days so I ignored it. Her first sentence to me was “Where do you want it?”, and not in a kind way but more so demanding. After I told her to place the items in my back seat, she proceeded to throw the bags of Cat litter onto the floor hard enough to shake my entire vehicle, rather than place it gently into the back seat. I know the bags are heavy, but it was a bit dramatic and I figured Target had some sort of weight lifting requirements so employees can handle large items like this prior to being hired. After she placed everything into my car, she just slammed my back door and walked away. Not even a “Have a nice day” or anything. Customer service jobs suck, so I make it a point to be very kind to the people who assist me in these settings. But not only did I feel disrespected, I also felt as if she was disrespecting my vehicle. Definitely think I will continue to shop for myself after this, which is a shame because this feature could be such a convenience.

I had not been to Target in a long time because it hasn't been convenient, but I've now discovered the Six Forks Rd location as being convenient because I'm in that neighborhood weekly. I had a short list, but I took time to look around and found what I was looking for. BTW, it took the help of one of your employees, a young woman, working 'fulfillment' to find an item for me. She was very nice and helpful. Once there, I was reminded how clean your store is compared to another big box store, stocked well, and not over crowded. I will be going back!

The store is clean, well lit, the staff are friendly. I have had trouble using the website to actually find out if this store has something I want, and when I narrow it down to this particular store, I often find they do not have what I want. When searching for an item in the store with an employee, and they didn’t have it , I was told they don’t carry everything other Targets do because they are a boutique store. They do not have a large selection of non processed foods, and the bathrooms are in the way back left corner. This store was a K Mart, hence the unusual bathroom placement. Much better than the K Mart it replaced but realize the selection is limited.

This target is absolutely amazing!! They always have everything in stock and their employees are so kind to me! This is one of the only targets i go to because of how great it is. The location is also so nice. I can go to target then go eat lunch at chick-fil-a then get a cookie at crumble! i love the location and the building is very nice. I love the modern look of it because it is so new, and they always play the best music over the speakers. They have such a wide variety of stuff to buy like electronics, i always check out the vinyl records, and the toy selection is great! This place is always kept clean, but the only thing a but messy looking is the clearance section. There is also a starbucks located inside of this target and it is so nice to get a drink then shop around! Also every time i go to return or get help from an employee, the customer service is great and the return section is so organized! There is also so much parking open to you and i can always find a spot. Overall i love this target!

Love having a Target so close, and it's a nice store, but they have like ¼ of the staff they need. There's always a line down the aisle at self checkout, and I've only ever seen one regular lane open. I don't know what cost cutting crap corporate is up to, but it's not working. I now avoid going here because I know checkout is going to be hell.

Clean. Staff is nice, but if you are pregnant and looking for cloths DO NOT GO THERE!! Apparently they can have half of the store full of cloths but they do NOT SELL maternity cloths anymore. Staff ” we had some but then we stopped, and replaced it with size+ section.” Ummm thanks a lot.
