On Sunday afternoon, we drove 45 minutes to this Target location because on line showed they had a bathing suit my daughter wanted. She needed to try it on and found 11 other items to try on as well. They have one unisex dressing room area and it was closed with a sign saying reopen Monday. We asked Guest Services if she could try the clothes on in the restroom and they said no that we had to buy them first. We chose to leave.

Went to Target to get my son a birthday present. He is really into the Lego Jurassic Park show and there was a boat set that he would love. Checked it's price at one of the kiosks and went to check out. They would not let me buy it. Said it can't be purchased until September first. Won't make an exception for his birthday this weekend. Last time I go to this store.

This is a fantastic store! All other Targets in the area have remodeled. In the process, they've painted the walls gray and removed all of the neon. This store has retained the neon! I am afraid it will be remodeled at some point, but for now, I'm going to enjoy the great atmosphere and shopping experience that this store offers. Please keep the neon!

I love love Love target however idk if it's because I have a face tattoo and plenty other visible ones or if it's because I walk in lookin like a complete hotness?! Idk but I do this bc I am confident and totally not ashamed of me today! Bottom line I hate that vibe u get from employee and shoppers like I am not welcome bc I don't fit the target role model shopper. Despite everything like my clothes etc i infant am a good and loving person I'm an awesome mom and I'm sorry if I sometimes look like a free spirit hot MesS to the max but sometimes it just be like that ...I'm not ganna steal or anything totally not down with that'!! Thanks! Much love

It is located in a shopping center with other great shops. Definitely a one stop kind of shopping experience. It has the normal Target sections as well as grocery/bakery sections. My favorite part of it was the huge selection of natural hair care. Most Targets in my area don't have much for me to choose from. The staff aren't super friendly, but I was there kind of early so maybe they aren't morning people. The store was clean and tidy. They have self-checkout as well as full service lanes with staff waiting to welcome you to their lanes. They have A minute clinic as well as a photo lab. Of course, they also have Starbucks for those who love coffee/pastries/cookies. I love this location.

All the employees are touching there mask constantly. Disgusting. They have dirty carts inside which is insane to me. All the cart that are used should stay outside until they are clean to avoid spreading the virus. The check out people are not cleaning the surface after each customer. Just super dirty and not taking the precautions to stop the spread of virus which is insane to me. People wonder why the virus is so bad in NC. These two ladies in the photos are awful and rude and not clean.

I mean who doesn't love Target. This is my preferred target location because I can pass by it on my way home. I can run in and run out when needed as they always have plenty of lanes open, even during peak times. I can always find what I am looking for (and sometimes what I'm not looking for lol) when I go to this location. I have had a few times where what I needed was out of stock which forced me to have to go to Walmart.

Every two weeks like clockwork I load up on all my families needs - food, toiletries, socks, play dough, school supplies, pillows etc. Everything I need all in one place. It's not too crowded, employees are helpful, store is reasonably clean and attractive. If I need fancy vegetables or fruit I go to Sprouts...

By far my favorite Target in area. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Store is always stocked with the same items you find online. Today I had to visit the service desk and the associate was very accommodating to all the customers and whatever she didn't know she volunteered to find out instead of sending the customer off to fend for themselves.

So far so good. This CVS is located in the Super Target. Nothing to add other than I called in my Rx that needed to be transferred from a different state. They called when it was ready and I picked it up. That's it. I'll keep using them unless a problem arises or I need a Rx after hours because they are not 24 hours.

I called the store looking for and exclusive Star Wars item. I was told no we do not have that. However 20 minutes before I called it was not on the website and then came up which is why I called and asked the associate if they just got a truck in and he said yes about 15 minutes before I called. He said yea it is probably on the truck and I asked him could he help me. Of course that is a No. He said we will put the item out in a few days. I asked him was he sure that it would be a few days and I had driven 3 hours away today and they would not sell me one. Had been to over 5 stores 10 store calls and he said yes it will be a few days. Then the item showed up to buy online paid for it and got a confirmation all from the Apex store. Then about an hour later they sold all of them to someone who came up there and cancelled our order. Again we tried going to a Target all day was even there at 7 am and told by so many stores we can not find it or oh we are not going to sell them right now or my favorite from front end manager Hannah at the Triangle Town Center store that we had been there two times looking for this item.... Hannah said I am busy and I am not coming to talk to them. It is what it is and me coming to the front to talk with them is not going to change anything... she also said it would take me an hour to find it and I am just not going to look. I called coreperate and they called Hannah and if course she denied it. There was a Team Lead that she said that to over the walkie, guess Hannah did not know that we were standing right there!!! Or maybe she did not care it is not like Target is going to do anything about it anyway. I stayed on the phone with coreperate an hour. There is no reason she would not come up and speak with us. There is no reason they would not sell us the item. Coreperate called the store and Hannah said that they did not have the item in the store and then another coreperate manger called the store and they do have it but just can not locate it. OH HOW THE STORY CHANGES, Oh and they will call me if and when they find it. Yea okay I won't hold my breath. Hasboro please reconsider giving Target anymore exclusives to your products. The other Targets sell entire cases to jackasses that buy it at once and then say to people like us who just want one I beat you to it, oh well... Yea we got told that buy a man today while we were looking for it. He said I am gonna buy the whole case... So one Target will say you can buy one and others won't sell, some will not even look for it and some sell the entire case to one person. The Greensboro manager also would not sell it. These people that come in an buy an entire case and Jack the price up to double on eBay the same day... Where is the consistency Target? Should everyone not stick to the no more or two per customer? Since when did I do not want to do my job become acceptable? I have always preferred Target because of the customer service over Walmarts lack of curtious customer service but at least at Walmart you will pay less money and if you get treated the same then it's a no brainier? . If Target is going to let it's employees treat customers like this and let us actually order and pay for something then send an email and cancel the order/ let's its managers give a response that we do not want to look for it, then what is next. Will the best chicken restaurant stop saying that phrase that everyone has grown accustom to hearing? Target is on the decline and had really failed. Just another store that it's down fall is it's crappy customer service and all the stores wonder why it can not compete with Amazon...

I typically never write reviews that are bad, until today! Over the past two weeks I have had 3 or 4 encounters with Target. - I stopped in to pickup my prescriptions and decided that after my doctor's appointment I deserved a Starbucks! There were four people in line ahead of me and only one barista. I received my coffee and while adding my creamer, another employee relieved the barista that had waited on me. I picked up the cinnamon, to add to my drink. It looked odd; very grainy and whitish. I sprinkled it into the palm of my hand and tasted it. To my surprise it was very sweet...the white stuff was sugar! I returned to the counter and waited for the clerk...I asked him if there was sugar in the cinnamon to which he answered "yes, we don't have plain cinnamon. Only sugar-cinnamon" I asked him didn't they think they should label it since many people are diabetics and need to know if they are consuming sugar. He looked at me and shrugged his shoulders as if to say" their bad"!!! WRONG ANSWER This infuriated me since I was there to pick up insulin for a diabetic! - My second issue at Target was as an applicant. I have been trying to get a part time job there for about 3 weeks. I applied online, saw that they had openings at both stores close to me. I called and was told that I could call the next day to speak to someone in HR. I called the next day and was told the HR person was on va-cay; I called the other Target and was told Charlotte was out and to call back the next day. I called the next day and Charlotte was there but said I could expect a call on Monday since they needed to review online applications, but with my experience, she was sure I'd get a call. Monday came and went. I called back on Tuesday, Charlotte was gone for the day, call back the next day between 8 & 12. I called back the next day and Charlotte says...."we don't have a real need, not that many openings, we'll call you if we need you..." So I decide to call the other Target...you know, the one with the sugar-laced cinnamon! My first three calls: answered - they hung up (or disconnected), 4th call, hung up- on me after asking if I wanted to leave HR a message as they we at an event! Needless to say I am now totally p***** off at these sorry folks who think they are professionals. What really gets me is they have the nerve to have a greeting that states " thank you for calling Target what can I help you find today?" Heaven forbid they leave their name because then I could let the store manager know which one of his Mickey Mouse club members screwed up a simple phone call more than 3 times. Yes, I am sure it was the same person! I can close with a good thought: The store is clean just as the other reviews state, the customer service is generally above board and I never need assistance finding anything because I've been going to this store since....forever! That being said this is why I wanted to work here, this is why I was moved to write this review. I am hopeful that someone out there in Target Social Media-land sees this and asks "What can we do to make sure we don't get these kinds of reviews?" I'll save you the time: Teach professional phone etiquette. It's not rocket science, I assure you.

We are all entitled to our own opinions, right? Well... here is mines: Parking: 4 Location: 3 Customer Service: 5 Facility décor/cleanliness: 5 Have you ever been to a Target and received an experience unworthy of praise?? Uhhh NO... Target is just BOMB! I gotta give it up to this location. They are super duper clean and the employees are really awesome. I love the location but its really busy over there so it makes it tough for the shopper who wants to get in and out. They are always stocked and loaded with my favs.
