Very customer oriented! Bought a bottle of wine, noticed at home when opened that it was corked… It happens. They took the wine back no questions asked and exchanged it for a bottle of slightly higher value!

Taylor's and the people there are amazing. Very knowledgeable but approachable. No wine snobs there! (Well, how could you if you have a superb wine shop at a gas station that also sells live bait?) Seriously, these folks know their wines and go out of their way to find me wines I have tasted elsewhere and want to buy.

The best!! We buy all of our wine here. If you don’t know what you need find Cory for some expert advice. Also hit up one of their events! So many great wine maker dinners, can not say enough about this crew!

Found via EBay for a lovely bottle of port for spouse. Timely and reliable. Do not hesitate if you are having trouble finding something in a bottle.

I love Taylor's. I learn so much at the tastings. They are a great place to get a gift. If I tell Cory the wine sommelier my budget and the occupation of the recipient, he picks out the perfect gift. In one case the recipient, a French Chef still keeps the bottle. I love the local coffee Kitty's Corner by Larry's Beans that supports Mental Health Research. You can buy a cup on your way out, or a bag. Taylor's has local wines and the obscure. The customer service is superb! I could say so much more about the people that work at Taylor's what they carry, what they do, and how they support the community, but I will stop. I feel proud to have this wine store in Raleigh!

The coffee is great. The customer service at the desk by one of the two girls is absolutely horrendous. She has zero empathy for anyone. Her attitude stinks. The old credit card machine they have doesn’t allow apple pay, and is hard to use. You mess up once, you’re getting the stink eye and a rude/snyde comment. The owner also seems to be selective about who he’s nice too and who he provides a stink eye too. It’s “tailored” more for country people, be warned.

Taylor's is my go to shop for wine. Stop in to see Ben or Corey for recommendations that are always perfect. The selection is incredible. Skip the impersonal places and come to Taylor’s wine shop where you will be welcomed as a friend.

I’ve never been here before and stopped for “the biscuits” they had a sign outside. Yum…. Not only that the place was very clean the bathrooms were as well exceptional. Not to mention the customer service 5 STARS!!! I will be back. They have so many items that you “forgot you needed” till you see it on their shelves. Thanks for the experience:)

Love this place- as someone in the wine industry, when I travel to Raleigh, this is my go to place for wines. What’s even better is Ben and Kelli there and I get to hang out with them because they're great people ???

A family owned wine shop that has a huge selection of wine & sake! It’s such a hidden gem, located in a gas station right outside of Raleigh. Ben knows so much about wine and will help you find what you are looking for! I learned so much more about wine and sake when talking to him about his shop. They also have a variety of local businesses products in the shop and some craft beer as well!

Went in for the first time which will also be my last. On 12/08/22 around 2:25 is when I went in and the two women working behind the counter were insanely rude. A lot of the customers are stopping by to get something to make their day better, so having the two of them be so insanely rude to the patrons is just not good business practice. I was yelled at about which register I walked to. Like come on. "Oh I'm actually over here, sorry about that!" That's not hard. "She can help you over there. I'm not helping you" is just rude.

Due to my own ineptitude, i accidentally ordered a bottle of wine from this business online to be delivered to my home in the northeast. Immediately recognizing my error (i thought i was ordering locally) i immediately emailed Taylors wine shop several times with my order number asking that it be cancelled. No response, and i see now my wine is in the mail. While i take responsibility for my own error, i would have appreciated at the very least some kind of response, even if only to clarify a no return policy or something. Not hearing anything back at all makes me feel like Taylor's is not only is happy to make (very minor) profit off my mistake, but that my efforts to correct it aren't even worthy of acknowledgement. I suppose, as an out of state customer ordering a single bottle, they are not motivated to care about me anyway. But still, perhaps worthy of a one star yelp review: a futile effort from a beaten man.
