Thank you for the help. While I wasn't a customer I called and spoke with the front and a technician and they were very helpful in directing me to a parts distributor. If I lived in the area they'd be my go-to shop for tranmissions. Thanks again!

I took my car there today to have them test drive and give me an idea on the transmission issue. Marvin shared his knowledge, (which is incredible) and his opinion of my issue. I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever. The strong reviews of this place will continue... !

My experience here was excellent and I cannot say enough good things about this business. I had a Toyota 4Runner towed here from another mechanic in town for a second opinion on a transmission issue (no issues with AAA for me to counter another reviewer). Marvin spent time to correctly diagnose the issue and worked to fix the problem and ended up saving me thousands of dollars. The first mechanic was very quick to recommend a new transmission, when, in fact, that was not the problem at all - but would have resulted in a very expensive and unnecessary replacement.
Marvin gave me an honest assessment of the situation and really worked to get to a good solution. It seems to be harder to find these days, but this business gave me truly honest and reputable service which I greatly appreciate and would highly recommend to anyone needing transmission repair. Thank you Marvin!

I have known Marvin Barrett for more than 15 years. He and his family at Ted's have worked on several of my families vehicles and we have always been very happy with their service. Honest and dependable every time! I would not go anywhere else for my transmission needs.

Mr. Ted knows his stuff. I brought in my 2008 Versa because the transmission was leaking. I was worried I was going to have to replace it. Mr. Ted gave me a breakdown of everything that was wrong with my car and explained all of the issues with my transmission. He was supper friendly and helpful. I know that if I ever have transmission issues again, I will without a doubt bring my car here.
