Super tiny store and not good for strollers coming through at all. Given that this is a store for babies and kids, you’d think wider aisles would be a priority? We found a few good things but couldn’t look at half of what we wanted as we simply couldn’t maneuver over to it due to the small space and other shoppers. What a shame.

I visited this Childrens place on a Sat an hr before closing. I had hoped to make some exchanges but wasn't able to. Summer stock was pretty much gone. Had another issue I won't go into but the young lady who assisted me was amazing. She was friendly,fast and professional.Her name is Zieara. Sorry if I spelled it wrong but she is an asset to your organization.

I went here 6 times for my son for his uniforms in one week. The 7th time I come back to exchange items! But then security is called and then they tried to act like they didn’t just do that. I will always always go to the Crabtree location from this point forward. Just lost a customer for being racist or maybe just plain ignorant you never know anymore !!! If I could give zero stars I would because the amount of money I have poured into here could’ve went to Crabtree!

While the store merchandising could throw any shopper into a full blown shopping frenzy, the staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly, even though there is so much work being done to keep all the clothes neatly folded the staff did not neglect me. I found everything I was looking for a more! For a store who's employees must listen to lots of "stop, dont touch, leave it" along with lots of crying the staff was really A+

I placed a order on Saturday 12/1 for $118 dollars, 22 items with a $10 coupon. I got an e-mail sunday 12/3 that only 1 of the 22 items had shipped. I checked my online account this morning, 12/4 only to see that 10 of the 22 items had been cancelled and the updated order summary showed a balance of $78.00 with $0.00 in coupons applied. I called customer service and was advised that the items were not in stock. I checked the website and the sizes I ordered were still being advertised as in stock on the site. I asked about the coupon and representative told me unfortunately the coupon could not be used again and that she could add 100 points to my account. I would have never used my $10 off coupon had I known i would just lose it. The full $118 is still pending from my account and was advised that once the remainder of the items ship, my final price would be updated, but I think it's crazy how they take your money and with disregard for items being in stock or available. It's christmas time. Now I have to wait for the remainder of my original order to ship before I can order more things and hope that they will ship. I like services such as amazon where no money is taken or pending until the item actually ships. This is much better for the customers.

This company is horrible. Clothing is not true to size. My wife and I will not be buying from them anymore and we told our friends and family also not to buy anything for our son from this place. My wife contacted customer service and also posted on Facebook and never received a response. This is a horrible horrible company and would stay away at all cost.
