Terrible Customer Service! The Staff is too busy talking to each other instead of paying any attention to the customers. Frustrating! Reading previous reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue.

I am disappointed that the employees at this store appear to be unfamiliar with the concept of employment authorization and are unwilling to accept my valid identification. As a result, I am unable to proceed with my intended transaction. I would appreciate it if the store could provide training to their staff on recognizing and accepting appropriate forms of identification, including employment authorization IDs.

When I used to go to this store, it was a lot of hit and miss and trying to find things that took a lot of time. However, this time, I went with this chain's app on my phone and this location chosen. It accurately showed all items' locations by aisle and bin correctly so things were easy to shop for and find. The staff there has always been knowledgeable and helpful as well. Now, with the app available, they will be my go-to store for wine and more.

My fiancé and I needed some wine and beer for our small wedding. We don’t know much about wines but John was super helpful and gave us some great recommendations. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the selection they have. The man doing the wine tastings was very friendly and knowledgeable as well! What a wonderful staff! Just wanted to thank y’all for relieving some of our wedding planning stress today :)
