“Great staff and products to offer! I'd like to spotlight this rude KAREN (a customer) gave the cashier heck and talked to her in a very demeaning tone as if she knew more than the staff for an item she had no receipt (they only allowed exchanges) then reluctantly agreed to an exchange when that's when she walked away. BEFORE THIS, we asked if she was in line (she was allowing people to go in front of her, as if there was another line in front of her) and she rudely stuck her nose in the air and coldly said, "YES! WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?" Ooooh lady! You best be glad I was in a great mood today. It looks like you don't understand how lines work... since you're allowing people in front of you while you're on your phone.”
“This place was just so fun filled amazing play friendly and really enjoyed it. Also, you are constantly seeing marbles workers throughout making sure they stay cleaned and disinfected and sanitized and they always ask how you are doing and if you need anything! Keep up the great work!”
“My Daughter absolutely loved this store. She went in and purchased about 10 anime Books!! They had all the ones she was looking for. The store clerk was nice and told us about the perks program and events coming soon.Me not being a anime fan myself per se, I appreciate that the books were organized based off mature material as well, and the clerk checked to inform me how to make sure we were buying appropriate aged books!! “Lots of great bargains. I'm glad it wasn't payday or I would have gone home with several more bags! UPDATE. Today was payday and I did go home with several more bags! There is a lot to see so plan on spending some time here. I got some good prices on coffee and wrapping paper and stuff for my home to freshen it up. Got some great toys for the cat and the dog”

“Despite a very busy and rather chaotic environment, the staff here really shines through. Our stuffer(?), Emma, was incredibly nice to talk to, and helped our group to preserve the magic of Build-a-Bear despite us being adults (grown-up kids, really!) While we may not be the target audience for this store anymore, it feels truly wonderful to be able to dive into the nostalgia of youth when here, and the team absolutely does their best to uphold that joy.”
