“Fantastic store!Lots of turnover in staff, but a few good ones are still there.I suggest you go during the week, not the weekend. There are lots of crying babies on Sunday & childlike adults. I love kids .... however, letting kids run all over and taking things just isn't my thing.The staff is very helpful. :)”
“Great staff and products to offer! I'd like to spotlight this rude KAREN (a customer) gave the cashier heck and talked to her in a very demeaning tone as if she knew more than the staff for an item she had no receipt (they only allowed exchanges) then reluctantly agreed to an exchange when that's when she walked away. BEFORE THIS, we asked if she was in line (she was allowing people to go in front of her, as if there was another line in front of her) and she rudely stuck her nose in the air and coldly said, "YES! WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?" Ooooh lady! You best be glad I was in a great mood today. It looks like you don't understand how lines work... since you're allowing people in front of you while you're on your phone.”

“The store itself is great, however I will say that parking can be a nightmare at times. Its much better to go during off hours during the week than on weekends. But again, the store is wonderful and staff was kind!”
“This place was just so fun filled amazing play friendly and really enjoyed it. Also, you are constantly seeing marbles workers throughout making sure they stay cleaned and disinfected and sanitized and they always ask how you are doing and if you need anything! Keep up the great work!”

“I think this is a super cute locally owned bookstore. Tucked away in North Hills it's perfect if you are looking to buy a gift and not go to one of the bigger super stores. I also love that if you are signed up for their loyalty program they do free gift wrapping. Literally the perfect spot if you are trying to grab something and are quickly running out of time to wrap it. The selection has a little something for every kid- toys, games, puzzles, kits, stuffed animals, you name it!!”
“I have found expensive organic cleaners there cheap. They usually have puppy pads at half the price. And lots of dog treats.As well as many household items at half price. Great nearby bargain store.”
“It’s such a great franchise. Children find very educational and stimulating toys, books science projects, kid’s accessories and costumes. They also have special events. They have silhouette artist Cindi Rose at some of them. She did them for me at a party at my home. If you see my photo, as Star Silhouette, my silhouette is in there.”
