“Great staff and products to offer! I'd like to spotlight this rude KAREN (a customer) gave the cashier heck and talked to her in a very demeaning tone as if she knew more than the staff for an item she had no receipt (they only allowed exchanges) then reluctantly agreed to an exchange when that's when she walked away. BEFORE THIS, we asked if she was in line (she was allowing people to go in front of her, as if there was another line in front of her) and she rudely stuck her nose in the air and coldly said, "YES! WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?" Ooooh lady! You best be glad I was in a great mood today. It looks like you don't understand how lines work... since you're allowing people in front of you while you're on your phone.”

“This place was just so fun filled amazing play friendly and really enjoyed it. Also, you are constantly seeing marbles workers throughout making sure they stay cleaned and disinfected and sanitized and they always ask how you are doing and if you need anything! Keep up the great work!”
“My Daughter absolutely loved this store. She went in and purchased about 10 anime Books!! They had all the ones she was looking for. The store clerk was nice and told us about the perks program and events coming soon.Me not being a anime fan myself per se, I appreciate that the books were organized based off mature material as well, and the clerk checked to inform me how to make sure we were buying appropriate aged books!! “This is squishy heaven for a kid! They have MANY other toys packed into this cute store, but squishies were the objective today. They had most out of the package so kids can test their squish-a-bility. They did not have NeeDohs today, but had about a hundred different other options to choose from. Although a bit crowded in this particular area, an associate still made his way through and asked if we needed assistance. I joked that they needed a parent waiting area. We'll definitely be back.”
“If I'm at a mall I almost always stop in an FYE. They have such a crazy range of popculture stuff I find something fun to grab every time. Plus they carry Scream factory movie releases and I am a big collector. The staff at this location were super friendly!”
