it's been 47 minutes and we can't get their website to work to let us check in. was told we have to wait for someone to get here. look at the reviews on their website. this place sucks edit: wait for a call is 30-90 minutes and it's 10 minutes past the opening and no one is here to help us

I spent $18 on an Uber to get to this place. They told me they didn't have a truck for me. The closest truck was in Holly Springs. 20 miles further out. $33 on a Lyft. That's before the additional 40 miles on the truck at .89 cents per mile. But, the only thing they can do is compensate $50 for a guarantee on having my truck. I still spent far more than that from being inconvenienced! Businesses and corporations have a green light to screw people over with no consequences or obligation to make anything right!

Very bad experience here. We reserved and paid for our truck and equipment about 2 weeks prior to our move. The day before our move they told us that they didn't have any of the equipment and that we would need to drive to another location to pick up our equipment (but still get the truck from them). On the day we are moving the last thing we want to do is have to run around first thing in the morning just to get equipment to move. We declined and requested we be refunded for the equipment (since we paid for everything in advance).Then the next day, moving day, we got to the location and started the online check-in process. It was very glitchy, taking 20 minutes just to check-in because the system kept booting us out and we would have to start over. But I know that isn't the local branches fault. The real issue was finding the truck. They had 3 trucks parked in their parking lot. 2 of which were the size we had ordered so we had thought the truck would be one of the ones in the parking lot. This was not the case. The truck that we had rented was stored behind the building in what looked to be some sort of junk yard? So if you rent a truck from them make sure to check around the back the building. Even if they have multiple trucks in the front, they also store trucks around back, without indicating that's where you may find additional trucks.Lastly, the drop off was an issue. We had paid for a one way trip since we moved a decent distance away. But when it was time to drop off the online system wanted us to return the truck back to the original uhaul. Due to time restraints and the distance we moved, this just was not feasible. Thankfully after calling and speaking with someone, the drop off location was able to be changed.Overall it was a frustrating experience. Moving is stressful enough without having to have so many last minute issues with your moving equipment/truck. We had to spend a sizable part of the day before and the day of our move on the phone with Uhaul representatives to get things sorted. From not having our equipment, to not being able to find our truck, to not having the right drop off location. The entire experience was a mess. I gave 3 stars because I don't know how much of this was corporates fault and how much falls on the local branch. Obviously truck placement and lack of communicating truck placement was the locations fault, but if that were the only issue the experience wouldn't have been so frustrating.

Got there was told I need to reserve online. Did that go back in the store and had to speak to some lady on speaker who was seemingly putting in all of my information again? So I wait. Give her information again...now she tells me to give my DL to the lady behind the counter. This lady gives her my information aloud (first red flag) the lady on the phone the proceeds to tell me I had to have it bck by 6 or I would be charged 50 extra dollars (my reservation said I had 4 hours) it was when she expected my to give her my cc information over the phone is when I exited the store...went to Cary not only was it cheaper it was done properly. AND THE SAME VAN WAS CHEAPER...beware of this place...sketchy place imo

This Uhaul is in the oddest location. It's connected to a thrift store, which is poorly taken care of. It has stuff all over the floor unorganized. The don't check the trucks beforehand either. The owner is nice, but it's just poorly managed.

The employees at this location are uneducated and show little customer service. I ordered a hitch because I didn't currently have one on my truck and they said they didn't have one at that location and told me I had to drive 20 minutes away to pick up the hitch and come back to pick up the trailer. By the time I got back, my order had been delayed by over 45 minutes. Then while hooking up the lights to the trailer, the man installing it had no idea that he needed an adapter for the lighting cable, so I was forced into a purchase that I had no previous knowledge about and neither did he. Overall terrible experience.

I had a pretty good experience here. There was a small billing issue but it was resolved quickly and painlessly. It's a convenient location for me and I'd go here again.

The location gave me keys, didn't offer to look at the truck before rental, I had to ask and get her outside to confirm damage was acknowledged. I turned in rental during business hours but there was no one there to check it in. The man there spoke no English and couldn't direct me to someone to help. I just get the bill and I'm being billed for gas when I returned it filled as it was when I left. Uhaul was quick to fix the issue but I definitely won't use this location again.

Trailer I had reserved was not ready, when I was finally able to get it the lights would not work. Wasted over a hour and had to go to another u-haul to get a trailer. I would give them a negative star if it were possible.
