I’m an employee at a different ulta and I had to wait a while before I was serviced for my employee checkout. The person who checked me out (I don’t think they were a manager) did not even say anything to me or greet me even though I am a customer and just started ringing up my things. It seemed because I was an employee I got second hand treatment.

Whether in store or online, you can usually find your preferred brands at Ulta, reasonably priced. Employees are courteous and friendly; stores are clean and well organized.

I shop at this location as well as using their Salon services. Danielle D. is a wonderful stylist! She always explains what she’s doing, and makes sure you’re both on the same page with her cuts. She did a great updo style for a special occasion as well. Can’t recommend enough!

I received an all over color service from Danielle and it was an amazing experience! She was very personable and educated me about how to take care of my colored hair as well as recommending products that would work for me. I will definitely be returning to her for future hair services and will recommend her as well!

A beautiful young lady Liz helped me do much about a week ago. She was very knowledgeable about the products and matched me up with some foundation. I absolutely loved her. Yall need to give her a raise.

Give all of the ladies working the floor and the register a raise! They all were super helpful in offering makeup and cosmetic suggestions. They never once made me feel stupid for not knowing what the heck I’m doing and didn’t try to upsell me either.

I have been in this Ulta multiple times and I get this eerie feeling that the workers are watching me like a hawk when I go in. Never given them a reason to do so, so it must be my tattoos, because why else would they watch me and follow me so much so that I notice it (because they aren’t very good at being inconspicuous.) I understand that retail stores have to look out for theft, but when they make it so obvious watching people (I KNOW I can’t be the only one) that it makes ME uncomfortable while I’m shopping, they should focus on people ACTUALLY shoplifting. Assuming makes an…..well you know the rest.

To anybody that is looking for an AMAZING esthetician, run to Lamari at Benefit Cosmetics Brow Bar in Ulta. She is second to none when it comes to her expertise in brows and cosmetic recommendations. She is professional, all while being friendly and easy to talk to. I am finicky when it comes to my eyebrows and would not trust anyone else doing them. Each time I get the wax & ombre tint combo…..I leave Ulta feeling like Beyonce!

No Star!(1) Worst Ulta Beauty Customer-Service Experience!(2) Verbally taunted/assaulted for refusing to give personal info (for a point-program I want no part of): What's up with this? Data Selling/Theft is at an all-time high: The way the associates BULLY for Full Name and Phone, one would think ... never mind (wink)! I shop to pay for my purchases with no expectation of being BULLIED/HARASSED! I also sought manager assistance: Both managers were just as lacking in professionalism as the low-level cashier!(3) If you want Professionalism, Respect for your $$$, and not to be harassed for personal data, this is not the location!!!

Went to this location today to purchase nail polish. Was told by the sales associate that I had to give her a phone number in order to make a purchase. I kept questioning her then she said if I purchased anything without putting a phone number on file I couldn’t return it. I said even with a printed receipt? She confirmed. I called Ulta Corporate and they confirmed you can make purchases without a rewards a rewards account, you don’t need to provide a number and you can make a return (with a receipt). Having a number makes it easier because they can look it up image you lose it, but it’s not required. He even said on their website you can make purchases as a guest without signing up for their rewards program. Additionally the corporate representative shared they’ve gotten many complaints about this practice with associates trying to force customers to create accounts to make a purchase.Update: Was able to make a successful purchase at a different Ulta. Read the back of the receipt for the return policy!

Went in about 45 minutes before closing. Was never greeted (which is fine it doesn't need to be a classy experience). When I made my selection and took it to the cashier I said hello because she wasn't facing me and then was told very emotionless "I'll be right there". I told them I'm not giving my phone number but they kept persisting. I did give my first name though. When asked for my last name I told her politely no and was informed "Well that's how things work here". I feel bad your employees are forced to badger people for their personal information. I put my items back on the shelf and will be gladly taking my money elsewhere.

Claire assisted me today at this ulta location and although she humbly claimed to “just be doing her job” she went above and beyond any treatment I’ve ever received at an ulta. It felt like I was being helped by a friend, while maintaining professionalism. She was warm, kind and I felt like she genuinely cared about my well being and me as a person. She provided one of the greatest customer service experiences I’ve had a retail store. I believe she should be recognized for this and hope she receives the credit she should be due for going above and beyond for a customer.

I got a Dysons hair wrap from there and opened the box and did not see a Dyson all I saw was a towel with soaps and lotions. Went back to Ulta they refunded me my money back and offered to order it for me so I accepted the offer. They ordered the Dyson received it in 3 days and everything was well until I noticed they double charged me that day. They charged me once from this store and one from a store in Illinois. I have called ultas support number and sent them the transactions from my bank and it has been almost a month and I still have not got a reply from them

I was pleasantly surprised today when I walked into Holly Park Ulta. Immediately, Dreisa greeted me and asked me if she could help me. She escorted me to the areas and searched for the best product imaginable. During our conversation, she chatted with me about my individual beauty needs. Dreisa’s excellent salesmanship and patience with her clients will definitely bring me and my friends again!

The staff at the hair salon is wonderful especially Terrie who has been doing my hair for sometime. Terrie is an amazing hairstylist and I recommend her to anybody.
