This practice is unprofessional. You call me a couple weeks before my doctor is about to leave and say you need to reschedule because her last day is this day. I reschedule with another doctor and then you call me 2 days before my appointment and say oh this doctor is not taking new patients. Mind you I'm not a new patient, the doctor I had left so they moved my appointment to another doctor. If she wasn't available that should of shown when the appt was made. No care at all.

I am new to this practice and I can tell you that this practice does not care for patients. Most all that I have come in contact are rude, uncaring, do not return phone calls, do not read MY CHART records thoroughly, hence getting information in correctly causing another problem altogether. If you are currently in this practice re evaluate your options. I am already looking for another provider. They are dangerous bordering on malpractice issues because of their lack of care for patients. I am a retired practice manager and nurse from another facility in NC and I can tell you, this is not ok. I know the pandemic has caused many issues within practices, to include staffing issues. However, this is no excuse, and patients should remain first and foremost for continuing care.

Do not come here if you want care. I will leave our the doctors name but my first negative instance was unnecessary blood test not approved by me which cost me $100 out of pocket (and I have premium insurance). Second was today when I called the doctor to ask them for a routine medicine which is over counter in most counties (not even an antibiotic etc). They asked me after repeatedly asking for a visit (hmm maybe to charge me perhaps?) they said I could do an eVisit for $35.I have tried to speak to management, no response. I’m shocked at the treatment and lack of care. I wanted this doc because it’s close by - but don’t waste your time unless you want to go in and spend $$ (btw also they never have availability) positive note the Nurse was kind but out of her hands.

I started going here in 2010 and was never impressed or felt comfortable. I did not check in during the pandemic because we were all living day by day and i was home schooling my son and teaching online. I put physicals on the back burner as many people did. Recently I called when I tested positive for covid asking what steps I should take and no one called me back. I called again requesting information on how to document my at home test for work reasons and personal reasons. When the nurse called me back she was extremely rude. She told me she was doing me a Courtesy by calling me back because I hadn’t been there in a few years (2019- pandemic occurred in 2020) and therefore I wasn’t considered a patient. She had all my information in the system and could see every visit I had. I was not randomly calling doctor’s offices, I was calling who I believed was my provider. Her tone and her attitude was uncalled for. Then she asked if I wanted to make an appointment as a “new” patient. Why would I want to go back there when she treated me like that? If you don’t feel comfortable and cared for by your provider something is very wrong.

I’ve been going to this practice for a few years now, and I’m definitely considering leaving because the physician I am seeing is nothing but condescending and unhelpful. She speaks with a soft tone and appears friendly, but she’s been incredibly ableist and brushes off any concern I might have. My health is increasingly getting worse, and all she’s done is told me to lose some weight. If I could report her for malpractice, I would.

I'm a patient of Dr. Kelli Pitt. She's awesome. She's extremely knowledgeable, compassionate & caring, and responds to MyChart inquiries. So many won't respond quickly, but she always does, usually in the first 48 hours. Her nurses, receptionists, and practice manager are all friendly and professional. I've never been taken to an exam room more than 5 minutes after my appointment time. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Pitt.

The worst experience I've ever had. I was told via phone by Dr. Pitts that i had to come in person to do a drug screen to get my adhd medication. So i did just that. The male PA then told me he could do absolutely nothing but what offended me and made me cry in the office was the fact he accused me to my face of "doctor shopping" and explained it was to recieve controlled drugs from different doctors. Literally to my face accused me of it. I was so hurt and offended i broke down crying. There has to be some sort of violation given what he accused when he could clearly see i have been prescribed it for years and already explained my primary doctor couldn't get me in. I had a gap in filling it because i hadn't been taking it since being out of work. That should show the exact opposite of "doctor shopping". He was the most unprofessional and rude physician I have ever seen to flat out accuse me of that. It was mortifying and hurtful.

We are new to the area. Scheduled an appointment for my son 3 weeks ago. Spoke with someone again 2 days before the appointment to confirm. The day of, they call and say there was a "scheduling error" and they cancel the appointment. The appointment was for state mandated immunizations to keep him from getting kicked out of school. Hopefully, I can find somewhere else to do this that won't be scheduling weeks out because the deadline to show proof of the shots is just a couple of weeks away.TLDR: "Scheduling error" may result in my kid being kicked out of school.

Possibly the worst place to go in the City Of Raleigh. If you value your time do not schedule any appointments here. I was scheduled for an appointment here for an annual wellness exam for work. I took off to be at the appointment, just to show up and find out the receptionist never actually scheduled my appointment. I sat in the office for an hour waiting to be squeezed in and then was told the doctor couldn't do it. If I had an extra thumb I would give my experience 3 thumbs down. The worst.

The staff was great, but after doing the math they charge $500 an hour. We were billed $333.33 for a 40 minute doctors visit. We arrived on time, waited 15 minutes before my child had their height, weight, blood pressure and temperature taken. Waited another 15 minutes in the a room for the doctor. Saw the doctor for about ten minutes, then the assistant checked us out. Pretty par for a doctors appointment, but no way in hell that was worth $333.33. 30. Of the 40 minutes we were billed 30 was spent waiting. Wish I could keep my customers waiting in the lobby with the \\\"meter running.\\\" If a doctor is billing me for 40 minutes shouldn't I have 40 minutes of their time.

I can't share a review on the actual practice because you just simply can't get anyone on the phone to make an appointment! 3rd day in a row trying to call. Just on hold waiting for someone to be able to help me for 23 minutes. Someone picks up, sounded annoyed that I wanted to make a new patient appointment, put me on hold for 5 more minutes and then legitimately hung up on me. If it takes your office 30 minutes to have availability to schedule patients, then you need a new system. Also whomever is answering these calls needs a lesson in customer service.

OMG...have you ever been to a provider who didn't listen to you yet wanted to schedule you for a bunch of mess you didn't come there for?? Whelp, that was my experience today. I went in as a new patient to this location because it's close to where I live. The provider I researched & wanted to see wasn't taking new patients. Ugh!! So, they put me with nurse practitioner, Kristine. HORRIBLE MISTAKE!! Though she was somewhat personable, she DOES NOT listen. I found myself repeating things over and over & she STILL acted like she didn't hear me. I am a bariatric patient, so there are vitamins that I MUST take for life. She didn't seem to get that. She even told me that she asked a dr there (I don't know who) & they told her that I didn't need B12 injections. I may not NEED them, but that's what I prefer and have been doing for years. Just say your office doesn't prefer to do them. Don't tell me that research said I don't need it because I have "lapband" when I DO NOT HAVE LAPBAND. AGAIN, she didn't listen nor did she pay attention to my records. Where tf did she get lapband from?? Each bariatric procedure has different vitamin needs. So, maybe lapband patients don't need B12, but I DO. Anyway, the HIGHLIGHT of my 2-hour visit (because Kristine was SLOW AF) was the lab tech Ms. Becky & the checkout lady. That's a doggone shame that having tubes and tubes of blood taken was the BEST part of this visit. Smh. Just know that I will NEVER go back to see Kristine. I will drive to my regular provider 40 mins away before I ever go back to see her. And I made sure to tell the checkout lady to take her name OFF my record as a provider I'd want to see for future appts. I was given another person's name there, so if I get desperate enough to go there again, I will try that provider instead. The parking is horrible too. Just park in the back if you want to avoid the traffic nightmare. People just can't drive. This 3-stars is for the lab tech & checkout lady only. If I had to rate based on Kristine, you know what I'd give this place.

Both my children have seen Dr. Collazo for the last year and a half. She is very professional, caring, and listens during our appointments. She gives feedback and follows up with direct messaging through the UNC network online, which I really appreciate. It's been great to have her during the first year of my son's life. Alysia, the nurse who works with her is above and beyond professional and caring. Thankful for the care we've received.
