My mom had a follow up appointment after going to emergency room for chest pains. They only had virtual appointments so when they confirmed the appointment they never sent the link. When mom called to get the link the receptionist was so rude and scolded her for having Medicaid and not knowing she had a 13 dollar balance from 2 years ago so they refused her appointment. My mom really needed that follow up appointment to discuss new issues anyway a day later mom ended up having a mild heart attack. The rude girl didn’t know mom had her on speaker and all of her coworkers heard how awful she spoke to my mom. Mom’s PA Christine failed to call and check on her aftermultiple messages was left.

Love this clinic, the staff has always been great to work with, and Dr. Mahood is probably the best doctor I've ever had.Would highly recommend!

I agree with another reviewer, they can be very rude. The office manager and Dr. Conley mainly. I've also had appts canceled without notice. I think that because their main patients are the elderly they have zero compassion and dont really care. I'm currently visiting another better doc and only using universal for emergency visits.

Doctor Mahood is amazing, nice and super professional. I would have liked not to have so many problems with the staff, from bills to trying to make an appointment and they don't make me feel bad every time I visit the office or specially when I call. It's already uncomfortable enough to have to deal with unexpected health problems and deal with those details. Again, Dr. Larry Mahood is fantastic! Unfortunately I have to find another office with another doctor. Pityto response to you comment, I have been the person who has had to deal with the insurance not you, even when it was your bills. The truth is that the one who has run all the time has been me and not you. Dr. Mahood has given me exceptional care.

I have been going to Universal family care for years. I love seeing Dr MAHOOD. Hes not the problem at all. It's them rude nasty can't handle stress little girls at the front desk who think that it's their office. I guess she don't like me for some reason. But I don't care. I'm not taking it personally. I'm sure she's like that with many . Rude and unprofessional. She gives that office bad looks. So she calls me up and says that we are parting ways. Good bc I can't stand you. I'm going g to s place were there are professionals who are nice. I'm not paying nothing bc yall called me.

I saw Christine Han and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was so thorough and kind. She made me feel very comfortable and listened diligently to all of my concerns and medical history, while explaining everything she was doing in great detail. I could not recommend a better physician!

The staff here is AMAZING! If you are looking for a doctor that actually cares about you and you are not just a number, I can't recommend this place strongly enough. Blane is one of the nicest, good hearted people I have ever met. This is the type of doctor everyone should have access to, he genuinely cares about his people and always wants to do what's best for you.

I have been going to this facility for 10 years! The office manager Brandy and her staff are very friendly and polite! I see Dr. Blaine and sometimes Dr. Christine, but the other doctors are good as well. The waiting room is clean and the building itself on the inside is nice...it's like a jungle/rainforest. They won't disappoint you with the quality of services they offer!

The staff and doctors at Universal Family Medicine genuinely care about their patients and works tirelessly to provide the utmost of care at all times! I truly am grateful to be a patient here, especially when I am sick because I know that I am cared for and that they will do whatever they can to make things better.

The entire staff of Universal Famuly Medicine is great! I know my medical team cares about me because of the way they treat me; Friendly, concerned, efficient and genuine! Dr. Blaine is the best!
