Hey I went to the your store and I witness the owner and manger basically embarrassed him in front of me and customer and I felt bad for what she said to him in a slander and defamation way and AVOID BUSINESS HERE NOT PROFESSIONAL

I never posted this review because I was too upset & angry at the time but I now see I should have. Upon reading Mason’s review I had to check the name to make sure it wasn’t me because this was my exact experience. I sent my daughter a package ($22 still had my receipt) & the package was returned to me the very next day. Upon returning to the store with receipt in hand the manager/ owner (Asian young man) wouldn’t even speak with me directly. Through the young lady he would only agree to reship if I paid the full price again. I later learned that they apparently forgot to place the shipping label on my package so in such cases it was automatically returned. Thus, I no longer use this location which I had originally given 5 stars just days before this incident. As a result of this I now take pics of all my shipping packages once the shipping label is properly applied. Apologies Mason I could have saved you the trouble

I opened a UPS mailbox a couple of months ago. The process is slow and requires an unusually large amount of documentation. Not but a couple months later, they are requesting more documentation. A UPS box was supposed to make things easier. So far its been the opposite, a waste of my time. Do NOT recommend.

As a regular customer who does considerable business with this UPS Store, I was incredibly disappointed by my recent experience. I went in to ship a package to a specific address, but somehow, the shipment was set up incorrectly and ended up being shipped from me to myself. I received my own package back in the mail the next day.
When I returned to the store to address this mistake, I expected a straightforward resolution. Instead, I was told that they would not refund the original shipment cost and that I’d have to pay to ship the package again to its intended address. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the store owner to resolve this issue, he outright refused to talk with me over the phone, forcing his employees to relay messages back and forth between us. This felt like a complete dismissal of my concerns and placed unnecessary stress on his employees, who were left in the uncomfortable position of mediating.
As someone who has trusted this location for reliable service, I expected more accountability and willingness to address an error that was clearly on their end. This experience has left me questioning whether I can continue bringing my business here. I hope the management reconsiders its approach to customer service and supports loyal customers when mistakes like this occur.
