Maria was amazing. She assisted with determining what size box I needed and provided suggestions of how to get all my items into one box. She was kind and friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time.

Employee #288800 at the UPS store located in Raleigh, NC store #5268 was a tremendous help! He helped me deliver 7 boxes for Christmas. He didn’t complain after seeing the amount of boxes I had, he remained pleasant and helpful through every transaction, worked quickly, and wished us a great day. I arrived at The UPS Store on Monday afternoon to mail my daughter in NY some items. I was greeted with such professionalism as always. It was’t the first time that I went to the store for services. I was taken care of by both Asha and Bobby. The customer service from both were top-notch and went beyond my expectations. I did not have a box, however Asha took are of everything. She told me that it will arrive on Wednesday. I was a bit surprised because of this time of year. My daughter called me on Wednesday and informed me that she’d received the package. I thought Absolutely Amazin.’ Always the Best service Ever. I love it! Great service!!! They always go above and beyond for the customers that come there…speaking from experience!!!

Wow! My husband and I went in to get fingerprinting done, and we had a lot of challenges with getting them just right. Maria was unbelievably patient and kind with us. I seriously couldn't imagine a better experience or person to help us. We're deeply grateful!l

Came into this location to drop off at package that had a dead line to be shipped the staff standing around looking dumbfounded with a line out the door. Staff is beyond excessively slow. I guess that’s the age we are in now. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. I will differently not be returning to this location again. Owner needs to hire new staff. Especially the mgr on duty

Christopher and everyone at the store are great! I've seen all the bad reviews for this store but honestly I feel like most of them are not right, every time I go in the store everyone is happy to help, I've seen people getting in the store with a bad attitude and the employees still do everything to help that person the best they can. Is all about how you treat others, I 100% recommend this store.

Tom, Robert, Richard3 names 3 legends. im a constant customer at this location and these 3 are the greatest to ever do it. I get work done with Ups all over Raleigh but this location is different. They are fast pace, very energetic and super knowledgeable on all aspects. They are very friendly people and they actually care about the operation it’s self. Give them a raise!!!!!!

I tried to ask the woman if I could give my package to leave it on the counter and she asked me if I was second in line. Why would I need to be second in line to drop off a package on the counter and leave especially when I have seen plenty of people do it. The issue is that you can have a prepaid, ready to go package and get there at 6:10 or 6:15 and still not make the cutoff time of 6:30 because their service is that slow. They have an empty counter on the right, why not let the customer drop prepaid packages there instead of having to was 15-20+ minutes in line and possibly miss the cut off when you don’t even need any direct service from the workers. Why do I need to be second in line to put something on a drop-off counter and leave . Why make customers wait 20 minutes just to drop and go, for nothing.
