This store is usually busy but they handle each person quickly and professionally. I was going to ship two items that had two different QR return codes together but the employee let me know that they had to be shipped separately. I appreciated this because most places will ignore it and let it go through any way. Everyone that I've interacted with at this store is always nice and courteous.

Mel, the manager, is the absolute best. He is reliable and friendly (his voice sounds gruff, but he's so genuine!). We have been doing business here for years and will always come back.

The Asian guy there, Mel Simon. Was talking to everyone else very nicely. But when it’s my turn, he was like ‘put it up here’. Then as soon as I walked away. He was like’ how are you doing’, like all smiles and joyful, to the next customer again. What the hell? Asian to Asian, you don’t need to give an attitude.
