I used to recommend this store to everyone. It was one of the few places that didn’t nickel and dime you for every little thing—tape, scanning, etc. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case.
Recently, Amazon notified me that items were missing from a return I dropped off here (a single package with multiple items—some arrived, others didn’t). When I went to speak to the staff, they took no responsibility and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I let it go because they had always been great in the past.
But today sealed the deal. I brought in a package to ship (the 4th one I’ve done this way at this store), and was suddenly told there was a charge to scan the label. This had never happened before. The same person who had helped me previously—amazon missing packages—now claimed they “never do that” and even talked poorly about another coworker in front of me. Another employee reluctantly agreed to print the label, but with a fee “this one time,” which honestly just added insult to injury.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—USPS scans my labels for free and treats me better. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in service.

Coldy greeted and pointed no have a great day. Next customer treated like a bright light on a dark day. Strange atmosphere here for sure.

Trying to sell me an envelope thinner than the one I wanted to use claiming it would go via conveyor belt is a lame tactic to make a 79 cent sale. Do better. People who ship with UPS should have access to free UPS Ground envelopes not express envelopes that can’t be used for ground transit. It’s ridiculous. It’s a silly ploy to further burden consumers. I’m tired of it.

I experienced UPS at this location. It's could be Fedex, but no, UPS. Also, not 5 because they are not liable if the package lost or damaged.

Poor, poor customer service, lesson : walking into a UPS store should have been a warm welcome being that it’s the holidays yet I received a cold shoulder from the male representative and was point to a computer with out assistance to how it work, nor given instructions also no email address was visible for customer, the female at the counter wrote it done with attitude and placed it on the counter smh , the printing emails and an attitude from the customer service representatives was well enough for me to not want to spend 2$ for a print out when in my town it’s free, this experience is overwhelming and this store has poor customer service.

My last delivery was held until the date it was estimated to be delivered. I was very very unhappy when I input my tracking number on the date of estimated delivery only to find the packages hadn’t yet shipped.
The new estimated delivery date is the absolute last date it was acceptable to be delivered. Now there is no breathing room.
If the person at the store had told me it would be delivered on Nov 23rd, I would have paid for expedited delivery.
I am very very unhappy. Especially since I will have to ship the stuff back. I am very disinclined to use UPS if they aren’t going to tell me the truth on the estimated shipping date at the store.

Terrible Service! Front desk support (I have his name) was rude and quite unfriendly. If my packages are in any way damaged I will know why.

Recently, I rushed into this store on a Saturday afternoon with an urgent printing need. My printer had run out of ink, and I was facing a tight deadline. Brian, a staff member, went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of simply allowing me to print the document out, he offered to print my document on the store's copier. This solution was not only faster than if I had printed it myself, but the quality was also excellent. I'm extremely grateful for Brian's exceptional service and highly recommend this location. Thank you again, Brian, for your outstanding help!

Worst experience of all times very bad service from the employee I had to leave without doing anything and I spent my $2 I had to drive so far to get there

I was having an awful day, everything was going wrong for me. I stopped in to ship a package and had a great experience there. It put me in a better mood. I was having trouble focusing, but the gentleman that helped me was very patient, explained everything, and was extremely professional and polite. It helped my day go a little better. This was my second time using them and it was great the first time too.

I am so impressed with the service and professional service I received from the team at this location!!?I needed to send a large/heavy ? box of craft supplies by ground and was given all of the options for the rates without any pressure on upgrades. The young lady was very helpful and even verified the information she was giving me with her coworker to be sure she was giving me accurate information. The bax arrived in excellent condition and on time! I was also very impressed with the fact that it arrived without a single crease in the box. ☺️?
