I was having an awful day, everything was going wrong for me. I stopped in to ship a package and had a great experience there. It put me in a better mood. I was having trouble focusing, but the gentleman that helped me was very patient, explained everything, and was extremely professional and polite. It helped my day go a little better. This was my second time using them and it was great the first time too.

I am so impressed with the service and professional service I received from the team at this location!!?I needed to send a large/heavy ? box of craft supplies by ground and was given all of the options for the rates without any pressure on upgrades. The young lady was very helpful and even verified the information she was giving me with her coworker to be sure she was giving me accurate information. The bax arrived in excellent condition and on time! I was also very impressed with the fact that it arrived without a single crease in the box. ☺️?

I had an Amazon return drop off this morning at the Apex UPS store. I waited patiently behind a customer that gave Mason a pretty hard time for no reason. He handled it professionally and efficiently. Mason also handled my return quickly and with a smile. This store is lucky to have an employee of his caliber.

Store manager, Geraldine, was very helpful, friendly, and patient when I needed to cancel a shipment. She easily could have told me "too bad, so sad" but she went out of her way to assist!!!! Thank you Miss Geraldine!

This location is under new management as of this posting. The lines can get long, which is frustrating, but it's a busy location. I just wanted to mention that the service I've received over the past few weeks from Mason who works the service desk is so kind and polite. I return Amazon purchases weekly and know there have been issues in the past at this location, but if things continue to go smoothly, then I'd say they have turned things around. Fingers crossed!

They wont print a prepaid UPS label at a UPS store? I wont pay to log into their computer. Go somewhere else, its not worth the frustration.

Don’t bother coming to this place to have pictures taken. Their camera stopped working. 2nd UPS location that have this problem, the other being the New Bern location. Disappointing!!
