They charge $2 per pound to shred paper. General UPS website says they charge $1 per pound. The Creedmoor Rd store a couple miles away only charges $1 per pound. If you have a lot of docs, save some money and go to the Creedmoor store. This store is a greedy cheat.

Customer service was awful- I went in at 3:40 and they closed at 5 today. The employee told me he couldn’t spiral bind my book( 100 pages) for me since it was close to closing—— in an hour and 20 minutes. I even walked back to my car, thought for a moment that maybe he didn’t understand my question, so I walked back to just make sure I said what I wanted clearly, and yes, he still couldn’t help me.
At the UPS store in north Raleigh, it took them 3 to 4 minutes tops to get it complete for me last year. The employee at this location said they were slammed busy. I waited in my car to count the number of customers who went in and out within the next 10 minutes and it was 3– all simply going in and dropping off and then leaving. Within the first 3-4 minutes of me being in my car, no one went in or out.
I understand being short staffed, but an hour and a half before closing is not asking much. Would be one thing if I came in at 4:40.
I will say, he was kind about his answer, but he definitely didn’t go the extra mile or try to have good customer service.

I have gone to this location many times to print up documents, make copies and to mail items out and they have given me the best service. Nate, Jacob and Lizzie have gone above and beyond by making sure I have everything I need. I am very pleased with there service.

Being closed on a Sunday is garbage. It’s a day of the week, and you should be open like any other day. Plus, it’s an actual day when people have time to go drop off packages. Do better
