Olivia at The UPS store was amazing! She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had a great experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kind. Her outstanding service is the reason why this is my favorite UPS store. I will be coming back for all of my shipping needs.

I still cannot believe the experience I just had here. I arrived at 3:54 and the door was locked even though the hours clearly state they close at 4. The guy working put his hand across his neck and mouthed NO. I put my phone up to the window showing him it wasn’t even 4. I only had an Amazon return. He never came to open the door but a lady who was in line did and she said come on in but just to let you know he is extremely unfriendly. There was a customer ahead of me asking a question about a package and the guy working rolled his eyes and said ugh I don’t know. I went up and put my packages down. He was glaring at me and was so angry. I was so uncomfortable. The entire time he was huffing and puffing grabbing my packages and tossing them
Behind him. When I asked for my receipt he went UGH. When we turned to leave he came out behind the counter and right next to us pulled the cage thing down SO hard that both my babies (only 1 and 3!!!) started crying. I am DISGUSTED and furious. I will be calling corporate and the owner of this location. This man should not be working here.

The staff is always friendly and personal when I go in I go there a lot to take things back to Amazon which they handle never never had a problem with a package not be returned very respectable business

Letting everyone know that if you have an important package, and pay for overnight shipping, this is not the store you want to go to. We had two important envelopes to deliver in the USA and the other in Canada. Paid $179 for overnight shipping for both, and the next day, the tracking numbers were showing non existing. Thank goodness we had our tracking number documents to prove we had dropped these the day before. We were told at the store that they didn't know where the packages were and evidently had not been scanned so could not help us at all. We ended up finding one on the shelf of the store, never was scanned and processed, and the other one showed up in Canada 5 days later (including the weekend). We were so stressed and worried about these documents being stolen or lost, and not one person was able to help. We were told to file a lost document with UPS corporate office, and after trying to reach the owner of the Wakefield store, who never bothered to call us back, we finally saw our packages on the tracking device. Looks like we paid for overnight, and both packages were left on the shelf of the store until the next day. No excuse, no phone calls, no help and just a computer to file a lost documents claim....Just save yourself the stress and worries, go somewhere else.

This UPS Store has mailboxes and you can drop off mail for folks with a PO Box at this physical address. This location has done this for me many times and then today the guy refused to take the mail and told me twice that he wouldn’t do it and that I should contact the manager. He wasn’t real friendly about it and then eventually just told me that I needed to put a stamp on it and put it in the mail. I asked him if I could deliver the letter myself and he said that he would not let me. Poor customer experience and not consistent with their own prior policies despite what the guy said today.

Came in to drop a package off yesterday and was met with very kind customer service from the girl working the desk. I wasn’t even inside for more than a minute (very efficient) but her acts of kindness helped put me in a good mood. Thanks!

I went in to get a paper notarized. He said he couldn’t notarize it because it needed the part to fill out. Another place had once just written in the info and now I learned I could have downloaded it. But then the guy pulls out a paper and goes and copies it. Fills out the tiny bit of info and charges me $10 extra, so $20 in an all to have a letter notarized. Called around today and found other places charge nothing extra or at most a couple dollars. 10 for a sheet of paper is insane.
