Charge $2 for computer use cause I wanted to print something off a USB. Didn't get a chance to try and plug into printer. Worker put in computer right away. Gonna make sure to go to FedEx from now on.

Travel to Smithfield to visit friends. Had a box of stuff to ship home and stopped at this store 30 minutes before closing. They were very helpful and prompt. I gave them a box to ship and the taped it up in front of me and places a label. It was about $40 for 20lbs box and will arrive in 7 days.

The gentleman working is kind but the lady definitely has an attitude after I did all the work for my returns at the kiosk. She said I didn’t cover the label when I definitely did. You can see it underneath the return label. If there are going to be so many discrepancies with the kiosk, then they need to get rid of it. I don’t need rude remarks early in the morning at the local UPs store - unnecessary.

Such amazing staff. So helpful and friendly, not to mention patient and understanding. Went above and beyond, and was so kind to my daughter, including her in the process and giving her stickers. They are all over my car now, such a great experience. Y’all rock!

My niece and I arrived 10 minutes before closing. Chelsea and another young lady greeted us pleasantly. Chelsea helped my niece printout her documents. We saw that the docs were printing out double sided. Chelsea helped by changing printers. The printer was not cooperating. The other young lady came to assist. All the while we received service with a smile(at this point the store is closed)These two workers should be recognized. My niece was already stressed because the paperwork was for a new job. Their kindness was genuine. We will definitely be paying it forward. Thank you ladies.

They keep losing my packages and every person here seems unable to do there job. Every time I go there I wait in line for 15 or more minutes while they try to figure out how to do something as simple as scan a package.

Tracking info on receipt very difficult to read. Should be on better paper and printed with a machine that has INK!

I want to express my appreciation to James, UPS employee, at this NC 42 location. He goes above & beyond a customer's expectations & has proven himself to be more than worthy of praise & recognition. On several occasions James has assisted me with some returns. Other employees have helped me as well. I have a major heart disability & I sat in my car watching nonstop lines of people being helped so efficiently as more people kept coming to this location. I give this UPS Store a 5-star rating!!

I have to share about my awesome experience there today. I needed to ship quite a few items for Christmas and the team was very helpful in giving me tips for packing and getting the best price. It felt like they really cared about my packages as though they were their own. I'll be back for sure!

Just did an Amazon return at the UPS Store and it was a breeze! I was in and out in no time. The staff was really friendly and made the whole process super quick. Love how convenient and fast it was. Definitely coming back here for my next return!

Had them pack and ship a big item a computer server box 36 x 24 x 16 and a weight of 50 lb , some how it gets to the Raleigh hub with a empty box and no server, They cant even give me my money back for the packing material like it clearly states on the Pack & Ship Guarantee it says "The full retail price you paid for packaging materials and services will be reimbursed. I've talk to owner in person and over the phone and have been lied to many timesand they have all my info don't reply here and give the impression that you care when you keep trying not pay me for what I paid for

Definitely not impressed with this location. Very unorganized. Went up there to drop off 3 packages. 1 had a label, 1 had a digital code for Amazon and 1 needed a printed label. The guy helping us was wearing a mask so he very difficult to understand. After printing my label he said there would be a charge for using their printer, which is fine, but no one said anything when I called nor did he say anything about a charge when i stated what I needed. So I simply stated that he should start off by telling people the prices first. He then snapped back telling me that I don't need to pay it but then couldn't ship my package. I told him to just stop, that I wasn't arguing, I was just simply saying. He then decided to snap back repeating himself again about how I don't need to pay it despite the fact that he was missing the point of my statement. My mother had also came with to drop off two packages, both packages were in the original boxes that Amazon sent the packages in, and she was told that they had to go into shipping containers at $3 a piece. The guy couldn't/wouldn't explain to her why and was very short with her. Next time I'll drive the extra miles and go to the original location in Clayton that I typically go to.
