The USPS website and Google state this is location is open until 5pm but when you show up it’s posted in a printed sign it’s closed at 4:45pm. After leaving work early and rushing to get there by 5pm to drop a package (because conveniently all of the nearby post office boxes no longer have a way to inset small packages, only letters) to find it closed was infuriating. Additionally I have stopped here on other days (in the middle of the day) to find it just closed completely despite it being posted online as being open. Not cool. Post your actual hours of operation.

I want to say the last 30 years of using the USPS services, I have never been greated with the kindess, that I received from Tonya. I pray she stays. I am not sure why postal workers can be so rude and unfrriendly. I hope Tonya can pave the way to more friendly postal employees. Thank you Tonya, for your beautiful personality and professionalism. I will gp out of my way to get service from this Location.

Provides Passport support on site.
One thing i can say, is the 2 front desk workers are ALWAYS kind and kmow what theyre doing!

Best post office all because of Ms Tonya! She is always going out of her way to help everyone that comes in, answer their questions, and determine what they need.

Hmmm, and we wonder why the post office is dying so quickly... I at least found an outside box to drop my outgoing mail.
Stop raising rates when services are always going down. Keep your rates to reflect your service, please.

The website reflects that this location closes at 5 pm. Myself and many others rushed to this location today to be met with a sign on the door that states the location now closes at 4:45. This is very inconvenient for working people. There aren't many locations in Raleigh that are open after 4:30. Hopefully the website is updated soon to avoid any further confusion.

I made a mistake with one digit in the zip code and the package ended up being delivered twice to Raleigh and then sent back to New York, only to be shipped back across the ocean again. Having lost hope for a successful delivery, I requested assistance and everything was sorted out within just an hour. I'm so grateful for the help from the staff!

Please remove the ridiculous curbs or change them to be more VISIBLE!! You can walk out there and see SO MANY VISIBLE LARGE SCRATCH MARKS from so many rims. Fix it!!
