Our mail is delivered after 6 pm each night! Most often it is after 7 pm and in the dark. This Tuesday it was dark at delivery and the post man placed the delivery mail on top of the letter I wanted to be picked up! The flag was up and left up all night! Such a mess and just an example of the awful service we receive! This happened again today , August 12, 2025 but during daylight hours!! My letter to my son was found at the bottom of the mail delivered! Flag was up but guess that meant nothing to our mail person! So AWFUL!! One star is too high a rating!

Been waiting for a package for a week and haven’t received it yet. Was suppose to be delivered on August 14 but never delivered and was back out on the next day still haven’t received it and it’s August 18th. Had mailed sent to me and July and I just received the mail. They are either unorganized or understaffed or something.

Do not use this post office for nothing, I have no mail I been moved for 4 months, no mail nothing. Management don’t help. This is the worst, short on workers. I will also report this above the head, don’t use this post office !!!!! They will loose your IMPORTANT mail!!!!!!!!!

Went this morning at 9:15 close! Ten people inline in that hot lobby! They are supposed to open at nine! No one never came out to explain why! Heard laughter and talking in the back but yet did anyone care that we’re waiting! 9:30 still didn’t open so I left at 9:40! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Where is the manager of this location!!!!! Location is located at Sunny brook Rd. Raleigh

All I wanted to do was pick up mail that was held while moving. This makes my 3rd attempt and left after waiting 30mins each time. It makes no sense at all that theres ONE person behind the counter and they process these cart loads of packages for people when you have such a long line of people wanted simple quick stuff. Bulk shipping should have its own lane....this is ridiculous. The 2nd time I came was at 9am when they "opened" and waited until 9:30 and still no one opened the lobby. SMH...the worst post office location I've ever been to.

This post office location deserve no stars at all I had 4 small packages that was supposed to be delivered on 8/8/2024 it was marked delivered at 10:40pm. Knowing ain't nobody still out delivering mail. I went to the post office Saturday they telling me the mail carrier reattempted to delivered the next day 8/9/2024 at my front door. Like I told her I haven't received any mail or my packages. All my other packages that I have order in the past I got all of suddenly now packages going missing???? Like I told them my package supposed to have went in the mailbox not at my front door which I think the mail carrier kept my packages, or marked that it was delivered when it wasn't or was too late to deliver mail at all and went back to the warehouse. I WANT MY PACKAGES I PAID MY MONEY FOR MY PACKAGES AND I DESERVED MY DAMN PACKAGES. It's a bunch or liars and thieves working there.

terrible office, very unprofessional and they can’t never get anything right until you be rude to them and even then it’s still wrong. the only person with some sense there and actually cares about the customers is Ms.Lisa

There is 1 pleasant person behind the desk (reason I gave 2 stars) meanwhile there are 10 customers waiting. I'm so glad I don't use them often.
