I see comments on here concerning one specific employee at this location dating back a couple of years. Update on previous complaints, she is still there, and still an absolutely awful person to deal with. Her attitude and demeanor toward customers is still angry, aggressive, and rude, and it would seem USPS has no desire to remedy this situation. I would advise not dealing with Rosalind, she’s the lady in glasses.

These carriers from this location steal! It’s ridiculous that consumers have to fight so hard to prove that the carriers are marking packages as delivered, when they are actually stealing them. My carrier at my apartment complex has done this multiple times and you can complain to all of the powers to vet, but they will go unanswered or made excuses for the carriers. We are living in a different time for sure. SMH

This morning, when I was determining which USPS office I wanted to go, to I looked up the various ratings of those on ky way to work, I was already having a challenging day and did not want to deal with the attitude I sometimes encounter folks behind the counter. This post office had the highest rating so I selected it, and I was pleased. In fact I left in a better mood than I arrived in. The woman behind the counter was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I appreciate that.

I never thought I'd compliment a post office for being quick ? but this is the best location I've ever visited. Was in / out so fast and the staff was very friendly

The parking lot is a pain to get in and out of and has very limited spaces, but never had a problem with the staff here... always friendly and helpful
