This can't be a coincidence, right? Placed two envelopes in the mailbox on 8/7. Still not delivered (13 days later). Both were local: Raleigh and Knightdale. Both had appropriate postage and were addressed in large type. This delay has me making excuses to two different vendors: The check's in the mail! is an old excuse. I assume my envelopes are in a bin on the floor of this post office.

I’d like to thank Regina at the U.S. Postal Service location on 2100 Lake Dam Rd. On July 18th, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while assisting me. Even though I needed help with a lot of basic steps, she stayed friendly and explained everything clearly — how to fill things out, how to pack the items, and what needed to be done. She made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I left in a great mood! Thank you so much, Regina!

Trying to track 3 package that was delivered to this post office. That said my packages was delivered an I haven't received anything. So give them a call. An they will hang up on you. So what do that tell me. Somebody their is taking people package. If they aren't. Why they pick up the phone then hanging up. That's messed up. You reap what you sow.

Everytime i’ve been here the workers have been really polite and helpful. It’s a tough job dealing with people all day and they’ve always been friendly and helpful even near closing time.

I just stopped by this location to determine how to swap mailboxes for our office. I was confused about a few things regarding the process and had a lot of questions. The woman who helped me was so friendly and kind. She had a big smile on her face and seemed genuinely happy to sort it out for me. The gentleman who was working next to her was also very personable and friendly. It was such a breath of fresh air to be around such a kind and friendly staff!

Knightdale corporate Post office is under Raleigh. They REFUSE to deliver “ packages” down my long, dirt driveway ! Fire everyone at Knightdale !!

I love this place. Terry and the crew took great care of me when all my mail got diverted to this location for months on end! Despite being constantly blamed for the shortcomings of the entire US postal system, they are consistently kind and helpful, and I'm glad this is my closest USPS location.

They sent back my mothers day card to my 89 year old mother because it was 1 cent short on postage! Thank you Raleigh you are the worst. No one there could afford a 1 cent stamp or even just let it go, get a life.

I had a lovely experience at this post office. The postal worker went out of his way to help me package a large collection of books to mail them at the best rate. He was beyond professional and helpful. I enjoyed the chat and community atmosphere. The Post office wasn't too busy, and there is ample parking. I'm grateful.

This location doesn't even deserve one star. They deserve 0 stareally. Rude ridiculous. I've been to almost every Post Office in Raleigh. To drop off 9 or more packages and they all took them all at once and I got my receipt. But this Post Office told me.I can only scan 5.Then you have to get back online, that's b.S

The assistance I received here was less helpful than my experience with USPS in Puerto Rico, where staff assisted with packaging. I had to independently figure out box closure here.
Update 03/05/2025: A package from my parents was lost, which is very disappointing. This experience contrasts with my experiences with FedEx and UPS, which have been more reliable.
Update 03/13/2025: My parents received the “undeliverable” package. When they showed me the picture of the box, they wrote the address correctly, however, the post office did not when the label is printed.
So it was both their USPS’ fault and this facility’s fault. Like FedEx and UPS, this post office could have kept my package for a few days for me to pick it up. No excuses.

Is anyone else tired of their Tax Dollars going down the drain with these worthless federal employees? Every single package I have that goes thru the USPS is delayed at least 2 days longer than it should take. It used to be once or twice a year. Maybe Trump/Musk need to look there next and figure out what went wrong.
