I sent about 20 Christmas cards and placed them in the bin outside the building. None of the recipients received them. When I called, I was told that a third party picks them up and the post office does not have anything to do with that bin.I'm sorry but that's not acceptable. Who is this third party and why is it not USPS?

I've consistently had a stellar experience with the United States Postal Service in Raleigh. Whether it's mailing out packages, receiving shipments, or simply buying stamps, their efficiency and professionalism never cease to amaze me. The staff is always approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to assist with any queries or concerns. The location is also very convenient ( near to Harris Teeter ).Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and hard work!

Lobby door was locked when I came to check the mail. A Sunday afternoon. Lobby is supposed to be open. Staff are wonderful, though. Super helpful!

Don’t pick up mail in morning have to wait till after 4:30 which is not right. Time sensitive letters need to be delivered. Not acceptable.

Just came in yesterday to mail a package. They close for lunch and reopen at 1:30, which is around when I got there. Naturally, there was a long line when I entered since people were likely waiting for them to reopen. The two nice ladies working helped the 8 people in front of me in less than 9 and a half minutes (I timed it on my phone). I think that's pretty impressive.

The two women here are absolute angels. I’ve gone to a few different locations in Raleigh where the workers are rude but I’m sticking to this location because of the workers. They are so sweet, professional, helpful and patient. They try their best to be fast yet efficient with each customer.

So I just happened to notice someone give this Post Office a poor rating... And well that rating is just unacceptable because the ladies that work at this Post Office go above and beyond for their customers and they deserve nothing but good things to be said about them!!! And by the way this is coming from a customer of 20 plus years having a Post Office Box with them.. Keep up the phenomenal work ladies good job!!!

Are you delivering packages on sandlewood drive.. I am so shocked ..I worked for USPS years ago and would never do what the new carriers are doing to packages..Instead of bringing to door.. they stuff in box. .and scan saying: "left at doorstep" Two things wrong: you misrepresented the truth.. you did not leave and doorstep..two: you stuffed in box.. merely breaking the postal box..simply because you did not want to bring to doorstep..I am recooperating from an illness that makes it difficult to walk.. Am slowly getting back to feeling good on my legs.. both legs were affected.. I was a postal carrier and don't remember being trained to do things way its being done now..

I had no idea they didn't open til 9:30, but a friendly woman let me drop off packages 35 minutes before opening. Appreciate it!
