Got to the front of the line with 20 minutes until close with a package and letter I had to bring in for inspection for an insurance claim on a package and was given an attitude and told oh no! What is this?! We can’t do this!” (Attitude given to me, but not when she turned to ask her coworker a question) Apparently because there was a line which means I guess you can’t do your job? Funny, nothing in this letter I got has limits to hours or lines but don’t worry, I can go out of my way to “go to any post office”! 2stars instead of 1 because Shandrelle was nice about it but her coworker was absolutely not.

I had a bad experience with this office in the past, and today was a worst! I looked up online and it clearly says it closing on Saturday at 3:00pm. I went at 2 just to see sign on the door that it closing at 1:00pm. Another gentleman with visual disabilities on both legs, barely walking in, was also very angry! We both started asking questions to a lady inside of drop-off window about hours, and if there is manager in the office. And she just totally ignored us! Not even say anything, just glances on us....Totally rude!
Waisted time, waisted gas to drive, approaching to rude employee, get angry and go home! Totally disappointed!

I have orders that I keep putting in for pick up. I get a confirmation and everything. Including a confirmation tht it was picked up today but all of the packages r still sitting outside my door. I dont know what this dude's problem is but he doesnt seem to like his job very much, maybe do him a favor and fire him because hes complained about having to pick up packages from me before and has all together just stopped doing it and marking it as picked up when he doesn't. Nothing is wrong with the packages, All the labels are in order, and all the packages are under the wieght limit so why not pick them up like your supposed to.

I empathize with the folks who work here. Most times I come they have decent customers. Polite understanding customers. The majority of the time the customers are rude and disrespectful. It's like they come wanting to anger the employees. Crazy.
The employees even apologize for the wait when I've hardly waited at all. They are understaffed and yet continue to smile. They explain things very well. I don't know how they stand dealing with the public.
Some people are hateful and negative wherever they go. I will be heading there again tomorrow and I hope the jerk customers are NOT!

I’ve come here numerous times and unfortunately have been treated with rudeness on all occasions, bar once. The one rare instance a lovely gentleman took the time to explain international shipping and was friendly. Every other time, I feel like an inconvenience for asking ANY question and am met with “I don’t know.” Wherever one works, one should work like they want to be there, not like they are forced to be there. It’s a paid job.

All the package that tracking says is coming from here always gets missing. The tracking will say delivered but never was. Whoever is in charge delivering package to 27609 is not doing their job.

This is completely disrespectful. The machine outside stopped working, and there’s someone inside who just chooses to ignore me while I’m trying to tell them it didn’t print the label I already paid for. Is this how a federal facility operates? Ignoring people like we don’t exist? They’re getting paid with our tax dollars and can’t even provide basic service with a minimum level of attention.
It’s unbelievable how any private business offers better service than this. The level of disinterest, apathy, and lack of professionalism is disgusting. You come here to handle a simple task and get treated like they’re doing you a favor. Honestly, this service is just pathetic.

This location needs to be closed or it needs a new team of employees because these workers are RUDE!! Never in my over 2 years of shipping items for my small business have I had a worker RUDELY tell me my box was too small and even got another worker to confirm.. I’m so sorry that y’all hate your jobs but don’t take it out on the customer who is just trying to ship out an item.
So because of this I told her that this was the last time I’m coming to this location and she looked at me all shocked and said “what did I do?”..
I have had constant problems at this location but my interaction with that worker just really upset me and I will definitely go out of my way to go to a different USPS

Unless y’all are ghost, don’t say you couldn’t deliver my package cause someone’s not home, when we’re home. TWICE! TWICE! LAZY LIARS! Pure laziness! How do you sign a contract for a job description, and don’t fulfill your end. Clean house this place, just start over. No, just close it down. Waste of money.

On occasion, there is an extensive queue, and the employees appear indifferent to the waiting patrons, proceeding at a notably slow pace. If you possess a QR code that can be generated from the self-service terminal, just enter the USPS Label Broker ID. It’ll save you a ton of time, trust me.
