Best post office experience I have ever had- I went on one of the busiest days of the year and the process went so smoothly. All their packaging supplies were accessible and stocked. Clerks were super kind and helpful. Not sure why this location has negative reviews, it was a really positive experience for me.

Why would you build a traffic flow and parking that is governed by a long phase light and an extremely crowded intersection? There is so many flaws in this design it’s a joke.1. Single access for all traffic (commercial and public.2. Parking spaces that are blocked for egress due to mail drop off line.3. Same problem with leaving due drop line.4. Movement all traffic is governed by a light that takes 7 minutes to cycle thru all lanes…5. 80 second light cycle for parking that allows 5-7 carsout of lot per light change.6. This only holds true if no mail carrier trucks from the back of the building.7. Traffic is blocked in the left lane on Falls for at least 500 feet.Why would you not just:1. Allow mail drop traffic on an outer lane loop to allow in and out access to parking.2. Devote two lanes to mail drop boxes (bottle neck) off to expedite flow..if it works for Chick Fila its not broken..3. Only allow mail trucks to turn right and go up Falls thereby not blocking parking loop traffic.

Why is this Post office in such an unkempt building ?Understaffed with a dismal waiting area, light bulbs are out and it’s so quiet in the work area;what’s the problem here? It was the middle of the day. Even the kiosk was out of order.

The absolute worst ! Been there twice to get stamps and the stamp vending machine has been out of order for over a month. The customer line is to the entrance only one worker. Shut this one down or make the USPS private.

My contract mail carrier is awesome! But the full time USPS employees at this station are just there for the benefits. Some are helpful, others definitely not and the work pace of the counter team is far below average. I usually use the location by the airport if I need anything important. Bit of a drive from North Raleigh, but the people there care about customer service

This postal office is atrocious. Line of 30 people out the door, self checkout is out of order, shipping bin is overflowing with packages, obnoxious and rude postal clerks.

The group of lovely ladies working at this USPS location are amazing. They’re quick, knowledgeable , friendly and very helpful. The wait times aren’t very long and when they are you’re always greeted with a smiling apology. This location also has a self service machine that helps keep the lines down .

We love our mailman George!! He delivers to us with a smile and always goes above and beyond in his job. We told him that we had noticed some spiders around our PO Box and so George went in early one day and swept the entire lobby of the Post office and got rid of the spiders. He is an amazing mail man and an even better person. Honestly I could go on and on about George but I would be out of room to write at the end :)

I want to give kudos to the manager and employees here at this location. I've had mail marked delivered twice since in their jurisdiction that wasn't in my mailbox. Both times I filled out the online form they called me within 24 hours or less, investigated, located my packages and delivered them. I know that they are human and work really hard everyday servicing thousands of people and things/mistakes happen. But I appreciate them always taking care of the issue in a timely and kind manner.
