Post office closest to my house had a broken label printer so they sent me to this one. Got here at 5:02 and they told me they were closed and couldn’t take me, but the self service kiosk was open. Kiosk said shipping packages was ‘currently unavailable’. Went back to counter to ask if I could get help considering the kiosk was down. Got the answer of no. Employees were still helping the customers that got there before 5 and I only needed the label put on my package and to pay. Pretty disappointed in the effort level to service customers. Fix label printer, fix the kiosk, or stay open one minute later we’re all options and yet none of those were the outcome.

Very efficient. Cost less than UPS or Fedex to mail my package and got there faster. In and out in a v few minutes.

Will mark a package as delivered in mailbox without delivering it. Really disappointed with the lack of follow up on finding my mail after going in person to try to sort it out (not to mention it was expensive medical supplies). Be cautious shipping small packages to your home in this area.

Not exactly sure why I takes so long to put a package on a truck but usps has declined to much. Amazon is gonna put these people out of business and I can't wait for it.

How does the post office not have tape to seal a package?? You ship right right? The company that has me shipping said show up and postage and packing is covered. Now I have to find tape and seal everything that is supposed to be covered. This is a joke

It is open. Counter 9-5 M-F. Very helpful staff. Last visit I mistakenly filled a label for next day, $60, clerk insisted I do another for $15 2-3 days. Yes understaffed, for all the hate for Trump, he appointed Louis De Loy who thankfully kept his job, things are turning around. As in parcels delivered on Sunday. As for others who compared it a Food Lion checkout, yeah sometimes. Welcome to NC.

I don’t blame the workers. The management and lack of funding is to blame.Only one worker at the counter, at 1:30pm yesterday. Waited in line for 30 minutes with 25 other people. The automated kiosk is so unintuitive that the kiosk line of 8 people took the same amount of time. Small size priority mail boxes are always out of stock.Add 10 more counters that are staffed, and priority mail boxes behind the counter in case the pile runs out, improve the kiosk to be easier to use, and add 5 more of them, and problem solved, but that would be too simple and easy for America right?

Kind-hearted ladies that work at this post office. They always help me with my stickers that I put on my boxes. I hear customers asking them idiocy questions while I am waiting in line, yet they still have a smile on their faces and keep it moving!!❤️❤️❤️

I stop here on my way from work often and I get off late so I usually get here about 7:55pm - 7:56pm, sometimes I am able to get there earlier. The POSTED COLLECTION TIME for the SILVER package drop off receptacle on the wall is 8:00pm however whoever collects the packages from this receptacle ALWAYS COLLECTS THEM EARLY! This needs to stop and this USPS needs to respect people's time and effort. I get here as soon as I can from work, I get the packages in the silver receptacle and I'm back at my car 7:56pm-7:57pm daily and EVERY DAY my packages DO NOT get collected UNTIL THE NEXT DAY nearly every time now! You have to place the items in the bin 20-30 minutes early (before 8pm) for them to go out the same day (which is not possible for me bc I get off late) when the POSTED SIGN says it is collected at 8pm, it really is NOT, it is always collected EARLY which make it IMPOSSIBLE for my packages to go out the same day because I cannot get there before about 7:55pm from my job. They collect them early causing my packages to go out the next day. STOP collecting the packages from the receptacle early! The sign says 8:00pm NOT 7:50pm, NOT 7:55pm, NOT 7:57pm, NOT 7:59pm, it says 8:00PM! STOP COLLECT PACKAGES FROM THE LOBBY RECEPTACLES EARLY! AND FOLLOW YOUR OWN RULES AND PROVIDE THE SERVICE THAT YOU ADVERTISE! DONT ADVERTISE A SERVICE FOR COLLECTION AT 8PM THAT YOU WONT HONOR/GIVE! 8PM IS THE CUTTOFF, STOP COLLECTING EVEN 1 SECOND EARLY! This USPS is ALWAYS cutting corners and never following the POSTED rules causing problems. Stop collecting the mail from the lobby receptacles before 8pm!

I moved to the Brier Creek area I've made my change of address and it has been a month that I haven't get my mail. The other day I had a postal paper posted on my door and when I went to retrieve from it from them the man at the front desk told me it was nothing because it only had the date on it and nothing else written in the paper he didn't even put an effort into looking at the back to see if there was something on my name and when I told him that I haven't received any mail at mail box he told me go back and talk to their supervisor. They are totally disengaged of the customers at this location they don't care at all !!!!

Just the worst. Only one person at a time permitted in the lobby, so you'll sit there forever before finally getting inside and being told they don't offer whatever mail service you need. save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else. anywhere else.
