Very pleased with the products installed--a Braunability lift and wheelchair securement system (and some other items). But we have been even more pleased with the follow up service! Owner and service staff very accommodating and caring.

Nicole and Bean in the service department and Parker in the rental department were great help. We traveled from Richmond Va to have a docking station installed in our wheelchair van. Not only were they over $1000 cheaper than the dealer in Richmond, they were very helpful to make sure that a rental was available for us that day. The installation work was very clean and Bean spent considerable time ensuring that my wife was very comfortable with being able to maneuver her wheelchair into the van and the dock.

I would give 10 stars if possible. Bought a van this week from Van Products. Could not have been more pleased with my experience. From the time you walk in the door everyone does everything to help fulfill your needs. Worked more with Chad than anyone else. He's so knowledgeable about all the vehicles in stock. I've bought many vehicles over the past and it always seemed a long drawn out process, not at Van Products. Very smooth process and all your needs are anticipated. I can not recommend this business highly enough. They also have any mobility products you could ever need. Awesome experience. Keep up the outstanding work!!!!!

I came back to this place after 12 years, to install another hand control and my experience again was great. John was really responsive via emails and phone calls when I inquired for product price, features, etc...; helped me choose the right hand control for me, make the order and set up the installation. Ray did a great installation job and even took me out for a test drive which was enjoyable. Nicole was fast in doing the paperwork and payment. Everyone I met there was so helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommended for your mobility needs.

It pains me to leave this negative review but I don't want other special needs families to go through what we did. It took us a month to get in to have my vehicle looked at because I did have to reschedule. It will take you about two weeks although that's the going time for any shop. I made it clear that I needed an estimate for my insurance company and that I had had an estimate from out-of-state on my way here and what I was given by this shop ended up being 4 times what the last estimate was. I also was told over the phone with someone else listening in on the phone call that photographs had been taken of the repair needed and would be included with the estimate. Now I am being told they're actually were no photographs and they are denying that they actually told me that when I had someone listening to them say that. Additionally on the estimate was as close to $1,000 of unnecessary charges. This is very disheartening as I move to this area because it's supposed to be friendly and ethical and here it is 3 days before Christmas and I have a handicapped son and now have to start all over again hopefully to be able to find an ethical company. Additionally I had asked for the front end to be looked at which they claim they did and there was nothing wrong however I did take it to another mechanic closer to me and was told that the control arms need to be replaced and there is some front end damage that is causing it to leak oil and transmission fluid. I was very happy to find this company in Raleigh but now I have completely lost faith in their ethics and honesty. Coming from a veteran family I find this disturbing as well.
