Really I'd like to give NO Stars! I went in to add my daughter to Verizon. I was offered the internet service and after careful review I was willing to try it. I took the box home and we were not happy with it so I brought it back after two weeks. The trainee was having trouble completing the procedure but we waited patiently as he kept checking with the manager for clarification/instruction. Finally the manager came out and said he would take care of it. We handed the box to the trainee and waited for the completion of the paperwork. Once he was finished we stood there for awhile waiting for someone to come back and give me a receipt but the manager told the tech to tell me that he had it and he would take care of it. I just found out yesterday that have been charged for it and must provide a receipt to prove that I returned it. After being a Verizon customer for 27 years, I think I'll hop over to Mint Mobile or some other network.

Very disappointed with my experience at this store, came in to pay my phone to 50% and trade it back in to do an early upgrade, which I’d already verified my eligibility for before ever stopping in.
I was told by the only rep working, Ricky, that my only option would be to pay the phone off entirely for a trade-in promo or his “recommendation” was to simply add a useless new line for a promo. When I pushed back he insisted he’d have to bill me remainder of my current device and even if I tried to do it online myself, I would get billed the device payoff so I should just add the line.
Unfortunately I’m very familiar with the add-a-line-vs-upgrade grift and scare tactics from the 7 years I spent as a training store manager in wireless and would never ask my reps to lie to get better sales, and I’m dually not interested in having my account slammed with lines to give a bad sales rep some extra commission spiffs. Instead, I thanked him for his time and left.
Performed the upgrade later the same evening without any issues elsewhere as expected.
I would not recommend this location.

Such a terrible experience, some of the staff members weren’t able to help while I have to go again n again to solve the issue that I was having . No help from manager or any other employee was provided . After going to store for 6 to 7 times they asked me to call 611 as they weren’t able to help me with anything . Never gonna go to that store ever again . Such a nightmare

***Andrew*** was the rep who worked with my girlfriend when she bought an iPad she tried to gift me not knowing I already bought one. She returned it the same week after the rep said she’d be refunded. Then said “there’s a $50 return charge” then charged her hundreds and hundreds of dollars for months straight. Then when she was forced to take time off work to stop by he told her to leave and go to a different location because “I refuse to support you.” There are accidents then there are rude people who only care about themselves. Hopefully you find a job better suited for you, Andrew. PS I have nothing against Verizon as a company.

It took us 4 hours in store to get the phone swapped from Strsight Talk to Verizon. My phone number is still not swapped over from Straight Talk, so I am still waiting for that. But Brandon was amazing he was sweet and patient.

Terrible experience from start to finish. We were lied to about the type of plan we were switching to. They told us that the phones came “free” with the plan. This was not true, so when we tried to cancel the plan we had to send the phones back. Onboarding took over an hour at Crabtree, it was handled extremely unprofessionally. Offboarding was even worse - it took 2 months to break free from Verizon. We were paying $195/month at Verizon, our new provider is less than 1/3rd of the cost. To top it off, customer service is absolutely terrible. Badly trained call center reps.

Despicable. They will lie to you to get you to sign up. Make sure to go with a different provider. Verizon's packages are extremely overpriced.

I needed help in activating my replacement iPhone 13. Farah working at the kiosk at Crabtree Mall was unbelievably helpful! Not only took care of the set up, but reviewed my account and put me on an updated plan that saved me money. Then helped me file a claim for another family phone that had been damaged.

BEWARE: THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A SET UP FEE EVEN IF THEY DID NOT SET UP YOUR PHONE.My phone was turned on and handed to me. I was told a “processing fee” was being charged in addition to the taxes. However, when I went to look at the receipt, I saw a “Set Up and Go Service” fee for $39.99. I went back to the representative since they did not set up my phone, and was told “we charge that no matter what.” After calling customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do. DO NOT go here. Go to a real Verizon store or order your device online.
