Binaware agora, Tyler , and Adam at the mercantile location in Raleigh were AMAZING ‼️‼️‼️ my SIM card died. They all did they best to get it in and waited patiently. Give Bina , Tyler, and Adam a raise because they went above and beyond for my phone. MUCH LOVE VERIZON ‼️‼️‼️

Bre & Ryan were super helpful with my IPhone to Samsung transition. Since I got to the store kind of late we ended up staying 30 minutes past closing & Bre was very patient with me. Very helpful & happy with my purchase.

This Verizon store solved my eSIM issues I was having on the IPhone 15. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and they were so nice. They had my new phone up and running after almost 2 days of it not working. Thank you!

First know this is NOT a corporate store. The stock is limited. I doubt there's enough space to convey my utter displeasure. EXTREMELY poor customer service. Despite being in a que, the floor manager preferred to help customers in the que AFTER us. When I asked him why, he basically said he was the floor manager and will do what he wants. Everything was, I have to do this or that, but he never did anything at all, not even attend to his sloppy, poorly groomed appearance before coming to work. I literally thought bed bugs. I've seen at least 6 employees in the hour I've been here, but only 2 are helping customers. Ultimately, it took 3 hours to get a simple SIM replacement and I was in pain by then sitting in poor ergonomic design of chairs from my Degenerative Disc Disease. Seniors or anyone with disabilities definitely wouldn't be advised to visit. Parking is challenging and no close handicap slots. Also the scruffy floor manager got irritated with a 75 year old woman who was having issues with her iPhone. Most people waiting expressed irritation and more than 3, perhaps 5 I know with certainty left after wait 90+ minutes. After over 20 years with Verizon, I'll be leaving them soon despite them offering free phones as I've been upgrade eligible for several months. This store was that bad. Barring a few situations such as a locker pickup, visiting this store will most likely be a waste of time. Any account action just takes far too long and 90% of the staff are hiding or act is if it's you that should be privileged for them to pay you any attention. Not the other way around, employees appreciative of your business and loyalty.

Bee Bee is super helpful and knowledgeable. If I can go to only one Verizon location here would be my choice because of her great service. Give her a pay hike! Bee bee is someone you'd want on your team.

My dad, Steve Mitchel visited this store today and had a wonderful experience; so much so that he asked me to write a review for him. He was helped by Diego Romo. Diego was engaging, thorough and very patient. This young man proves that customer service is very much alive!

Horrible experience and this isn’t the first time I’ve been treated like trash… latest story is I came 10 minutes before closure to pick up a locker order and refused to let me in because the store was closing but a women who might have been a friend to someone in the store was able to pick up a phone order… horriblePS. No thank you I rather order my items online and wait for them in the mail then to shop at your store

This happened on your closing shift at the time of my original post... never stepping foot at that location ever.

We went in today because my mom was having an issue with her phone. Tyler helped us right away and did a bunch of troubleshooting to resolve the issue. He was super helpful and nice. The store was quiet and clean. We will definitely come back.

This has to be the worst Verizon store in the Country. Arrived at 5:30 to purchase a new iPad. A rather grungy looking guy with a dirty shirt checks us in.30 minutes later we get a text saying we are up for service but all but one of the employees are hiding somewhere in the back. So around 6:08 a lady comes up to us and we start the process. She says yes we have that iPad let me get it. Comes back a few minutes later says no the only have the 128 gig ones. Says Knightdale has it so she starts to create an in store pick up there. Suddenly she says no, if you have a business account you can’t do that. This is now around 6:25 almost an hour since we got there. We were angry and walked out. Drove like a NASCAR driver to Knightdale and wow got treated like royalty there. Pleas don’t waste your time at this Mercantile location go to Knightdale !

UPDATE: Even though I was treated unfairly at this Verizon Wireless store, I want to thank the general manager Briana for reconciling the situation.Verizon customer service scheduled an appointment for me at their wireless location to exchange the iPhone that I had ordered online. During my visit, the sales associates at the store were relatively impolite and nonchalant. As I had ordered the device online, I didn't have a Verizon Wireless bag when I arrived at the store. When I upgraded and exchanged my phone, the sales associate didn't offer me a bag to carry it in, and I had to leave the store with the phone and box in my hand. After observing someone else leaving the store with a Verizon Wireless bag, I went back and requested one. The sales associate stated that since I hadn't brought a Verizon Wireless bag with me to the store, he didn't believe that I needed one. When shopping in any store, receiving a bag and a receipt after making a purchase is expected, so I won't be returning to that store again in the future. If I could, I would give this verzion wireless store 0 stars.
